I bought a pair of sneakers for a last-minute Bank Holiday gathering and paid extra for next day delivery. I was really looking forward to getting my new shoes on Thursday, but when Tuesday came around, my package was nowhere to be found. I tried contacting customer service through email and left two voicemails, but got no response. I even asked for a refund and cancellation, but heard nothing back. The lack of communication and poor customer service is just not acceptable. I wish I had chosen a more reliable store like Office or Schuh. The 10% discount code I used to tempt me into shopping with you wasn't worth all the trouble and letdown. I won't ever be shopping with you again. It's disappointing that a company connected with M&S would provide such bad service.

I absolutely loved the costume I got from Ycosplay! The material was high quality and the design was really well done. It fit me like a glove and truly made the character come alive. Camera bag purchase
I just got a camera bag from this company and man, it is even better than I expected. This bag is top-notch quality and looks super classy. It's just the right size for three big lenses, a camera, and a smaller one, with lots of extra pockets for more stuff. The material is really good and I can tell it's gonna last a while. Only downsides were that I didn't get any shipping updates until after the bag arrived, which was kinda annoying. Also, I was bummed that I didn't get to choose where they put the laser etching on the bag - it ended up on the shoulder strap and it's not very clear.
