    I ordered some flowers for a special event and paid a ton of money in US dollars to have them delivered in Canada. But guess what? They showed up late! And when I tried to reach out by email and phone, no one even bothered to respond. The customer service here is just terrible. I won't be using this company again – it seems like a total scam.

Didn't get any confirmation for my order, had to practically beg for my order number, and they kept pushing back the delivery date four times without actually delivering. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare - I was on hold forever and all they gave me were empty promises. I had to kick it up a notch just to get a refund, which I'm still waiting on.     My experience with that company was absolutely terrible. I ordered a fancy flower arrangement for a special occasion, hoping for same-day delivery. Sadly, the flowers didn't arrive on time, and the person I wanted to give them to had already left the hospital. They never even got to see the flowers. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund or another delivery, all I got was excuses and pushback. They wouldn't give me my money back or send the flowers to the recipient's house. They even told me the flowers were delivered, but I had no proof. The company's lack of responsibility and professionalism was just not okay. I'm never going to use them again and I'll definitely tell others to steer clear based on my awful experience.

    My experience with this flower delivery service was absolutely terrible. I ordered a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day, but the delivery just kept getting pushed back. It got so bad that it seemed like the flowers wouldn't even make it in time for Mother's Day. After a bunch of delays, I finally decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. But even though they told me they processed the refund, I still haven't gotten it. The people I talked to in customer service were no help at all and just kept blaming my credit card company for the delay. This kind of service is just not okay, and I'm thinking about reporting them for being so unprofessional.

    Man, let me tell you, they really dropped the ball on this one! I mean, I had ordered some flowers for my sweet old mom a whole week before Mother's Day, expecting them to arrive on Saturday.     I wanted to surprise my mom on her birthday with a beautiful flower arrangement that cost $75. So, I placed an order through this service. But man, let me tell you, it was a disaster! The website said that they could deliver on the same day, but then after I confirmed everything and paid, I get a message saying they can't do it. The customer service folks were no help at all. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they tried to get me to pay extra for delivery the next day. I felt like they didn't care at all about the inconvenience they caused. To top it off, they only gave me a lousy $5 discount on a replacement order. They already had my money, didn't want to give it back, and insisted on sending my mom a potted plant instead of the beautiful flowers I had wanted. It was such a disappointment.
