Mother's Day flowers
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, and they were supposed to be delivered on Sunday, but they never showed up. I tried to cancel my order, but no one contacted me back. I even tried calling and emailing, but still didn't get a response. So frustrating! I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Never again!
Flowers for new baby
Can I give them no stars? Horrible experience. I’m exasperated with this company. They did not deliver on time as promised and paid for , and the recipient had already been discharged by the time flowers were apparently delivered . This company is next to impossible to deal with , and refuses to refund my money nor send a redelivery to the recipients home. They have given me the complete runaround with automated messages , and when I finally get hold of somebody after hours in of trying , they put me on hold again or hang up on me. They are a total scam - do not use. They actually finally responded to my email asking me for my email address so that they could contact me ! Seriously ? I believe they already have that info!

Horrible DO NOT RECOMMEND! I ordered my mom 1 dozen pink roses and paid extra for the pink vase. She received 1/2 dozen in a clear vase. Contacted via phone and she instructed me to email the company. I did and never received a response.

I ordered flowers through flowersdelivery.com and thought I completed the transaction without incident. However, hours later I received a message from a call center saying that they had questions about the order. When I spoke to them there were no real questions except for me to reaffirm verbally that I had placed the order. Why they are the only online site in the world that requires that I don’t know, but it was an unnecessary delay. As if that were not bad enough I received another call center message this morning saying that the local florist who they contracted with wanted $15 more than the price charged to me online. This is a borderline scam and should be avoided at all costs.
Sunshine bloom in a happy face mug
Was told delivered on a Sunday. Was delivered a day later but not to the recipient. Was left in a random spot. Arrangement was supposed to be a bright yellow cheery arrangement in a happy face mug. No , person received a ... arrangement and no happy face mug vase.even if they at least made flowers cheery and bright. Flowers were wilted and pale whites and pinks. I am disappointed in this whole experience. Day of delivery they called recipient and ruined entire surprise. Never ordering from here again. Also, they did offer a $7 discount on future orders, um no ty!

These mental midgets must have started selling flowers last month. I placed an order that was to be delivered that day. Two days later I received an email claiming an issue caused delivery to be on the 3rd day. The following day, the ... called me and claimed a supply problem, and the order would be delivered the next day for another $20. These clowns tried to muscle me for more money. I told them I wanted a refund. I'm still waiting for my refund. Avoid this place!Custom arrangement costing $108
I ordered a flower arrangement for my sister for Mother's Day because we lost our mom this year and I wanted to cheer her up. It never arrived. I e-mailed and called the company and after a couple of days got a call stating that they tried their best but were unable to deliver and that I would get a refund. A few days later, I did get a refund, but that doesn't make up for my lost opportunity to bring some consolation to my sister. Needless to say, they have lost my business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered my Mom flowers for Mother’s Day, ordered on Friday to be delivered Sunday! Paid extreme amounts of money to have delivered on time!! Delivered 2 days LATE!!! Won’t answer calls or multiple emails even though they say they guarantee customer satisfaction!!

Mother's Day flowers
I was very disappointed to hear from my mother that the flowers that were delivered were not what she normally receives. The arrangement I ordered was supposed to be a colourful mix. What arrived was a very plan pastel mix. The roses all had wilted edges to the flowers, as though they had been damaged by cold.
Ordering was easy and the flowers were delivered on time, but the quality of the product was definitely lacking.
I would not use the service again as there is no indication of the quality of the florist on the other end.9170007
