Recent customer experience
My most recent experience with this company didn't start off great because my order had a mistake. But man, the customer service I got afterwards totally changed my mind. The people working there really went out of their way to fix the problem quickly and nicely. They were so honest, friendly, and trustworthy - something you don't see often in businesses these days. I'm really grateful for how much they care about making sure customers are happy and doing the right thing.
Shipping labels, UPS adjustments
As a customer of (brand name) who tried out Shipping Easy, I have to say I'm really let down by the service. I bought shipping labels and got hit with additional charges for UPS adjustments that I wasn't told about in advance. On top of that, I never got any refunds or adjustments for canceled transactions. All in all, my experience has been really frustrating and I definitely wouldn't suggest using this service.
