I’d like to share about my recent experience with international shipping using this service. It was really disappointing because I asked for the budget shipping option, but they ended up charging me for express shipping, which is the priciest one. To make matters worse, they didn’t even check in with me about it, so I had to pay over $170 for shipping. The whole situation left me feeling really frustrated and let down by their lack of communication and respect for my preferences.
