    The customer service rep, Zoohaib, totally saved the day with sorting out my refund and clearing up some stuff about another booking I had with them.     Specialty gift basket

    I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I have to say I'm pretty bummed about how their online ordering system has gone downhill. Their products have always been top-notch, but lately the service has been lacking. I recently ordered a special gift basket and was expecting it to arrive promptly, but instead, I found myself constantly checking to see where it was. The lack of updates and transparency during the whole process left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. This hasn't been the first time this has happened with my orders, and I'm starting to wonder if it's even worth sticking with this company.

    I had a situation with the shipping company where they sent my package using the priciest option without even asking me first. It was frustrating and not cool as a customer. Before, they used to let me know my options and ask for my input before shipping out my stuff, which was way better. I hope they fix this so everyone has a better experience.

    Airport transfer with child

    My little brother and I ordered a ride from the airport, paid up front, and then had to hang around for 2 whole hours trying to find our driver! We even reached out to customer service and the driver, but no one got back to us. It's been more than a month now and we still haven't gotten our cash back. Totally not cool and so untrustworthy!

    Essential software for daily use

    I've been using this software for about three years and it's basically a must-have for getting my work done every day. The new version that came out in 2019 had a few bugs that made it crash when I first started using it. But the company's support team was on top of it - they got back to me fast and fixed the problem right away. I was really impressed by how professional and quick they were in taking care of my issue.

    Both pair of sandals were too small for a standard size 8 but no where on their website does it tell you to order a size up. Now I have to return $125.00 dollar rubber sandals and pay for my shipping back. I have gone back and forth with customer service but they are no help and act like it's a privilege to buy from them. You better know exactly what you want and the size and color or you will be paying quite a bit to ship back or a restocking charge

    Be careful what clothes you wear when you buy this bag. I wish someone had warned me. The bag can actually absorb the dye of your clothes. Unfortunately, I learned the company is unwilling to replace the product when this happens even after admitting in an email that sometimes the tote absorbs the dye of a T-shirt.

    I recently let the Carmen Sol customer service department know that my large lemon Carmen Sol bag absorbed the color of my black T-shirt. Unfortunately, I’m unable to get the stains out even after trying all of their remedies. I asked their customer service representative if there is is anything their company could do to replace my bag. I had no idea a handbag would absorb the color of my shirt. I wore the same T-shirt with other bags and had no issues. I let them know that this was very disappointing for such a quality bag.

    The representative wrote me back:

    Thank you for contacting Carmen Sol!

    I'm sorry your Angelica Large Tote got the color of your shirt. Sometimes this happens, but you should be able to clean it off. For milder scuffs, you can try using mild soap with warm water. For more pronounced marks, We suggest using Mr. Clean Magic Eraser or something similar.

    When I wrote Nori back and said none of her cleaning suggestions worked and the stains were still there. She kindly said she would escalate this to her manager. However, the next reply resulted in the company stating they would not assist me even after admitting in their email reply that the tote sometimes picks up the color of your shirt.

    Unfortunately, the stain on your bag caused by your shirt is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not covered under warranty. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

    Had our tote stained your clothing we would be responsible. Maybe you should contact the store where you purchased your shirt and explain to them that their top stained your tote. Perhaps they could find a solution for you.

    I am very sorry but there is nothing further we can do.
