i order it for my mom
Me and my mom share same sweet tooth. We are crazy about sweets and for her birthday , me and my brother ordered the birthday sweet gift basket. It looked so awesome when i was looking at the photo. So the price is actually okay , if i order it different then the cost will be much more. The box was beautifully packed , with a bow on it . Also there was different chocolates and sweets including caramels, sunkist citrus jelly beans , caramel popcorn , peanut brittle, salt water taffy , gummi fruit salad etc. There was so many options and my mom loved all of it .
Expired products received
I am so disappointed with the products I got as a Christmas gift. They were expired, which is not okay at all. I used to really like this company's stuff, but now it's just not the same. And on top of that, when I tried to complain, the customer service was nowhere to be found.
Bacon and cheese sampler purchase
Man, I gotta say, I was really let down by the customer service at this place. I ordered a bacon and cheese sampler and man, it was just problem after problem. First off, when I tried to check on my order, the dang automated service wasn't even working right. So then I tried emailing the company to let them know what was up, but I didn't get a single reply. Super frustrating. So, since my order hadn't even been shipped yet, I just went ahead and canceled it. But get this, a whole week later, I get a message saying they sent out my order with expedited shipping. I tried to reach out to them again to sort things out, but once again, silence. This lack of communication and responsibility has left me feeling pretty disappointed and not really interested in using their services again.
Cheese and sausage gift basket
I got a cheese and sausage gift basket from here and it was so nasty. The cheese tasted like plastic and the sausage was all greasy. I was super bummed out because I was really looking forward to trying it but it was a total disappointment. I really hope they step up their game because it's not worth the money.
Overpriced order
I just bought something and it ended up being double the price that was advertised. I tried emailing customer service about it, but never heard back. It's been a frustrating experience and now I don't plan on shopping there again. I used to buy stuff from them every holiday season, but not anymore after this mess.
Gift basket for valentines
I ordered a gift basket for Valentine's Day for my crush and boy was I disappointed! The stuff in it was way smaller than I thought based on the online pictures. When I contacted customer service, they were so mean and not helpful at all! I even called to gripe about getting pretzels instead of chocolate drizzle popcorn like it showed on the website, and they were still rude and acted like they knew better. It was such a bad experience, I'm totally embarrassed to give this to my crush now.

I've been a customer of this company for a while now, and I have to say I'm pretty bummed about how their online ordering system has gone downhill. Their products have always been top-notch, but lately the service has been lacking. I recently ordered a special gift basket and was expecting it to arrive promptly, but instead, I found myself constantly checking to see where it was. The lack of updates and transparency during the whole process left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. This hasn't been the first time this has happened with my orders, and I'm starting to wonder if it's even worth sticking with this company.

Yo, so I got this cheese and sausage gift box thinking it would be awesome, right? But man, total fail. I even checked with the customer service peeps about this holiday market at the mall, and they straight up lied to my face. Like, who does that? I wasted so much time and gas heading over there just to find out it was all fake news. And when I tried to tell them how I felt, they couldn't even bother to call me back. So not cool. No discounts, no free shipping, nada. That place is dead to me now, peace out.
