Defective item return issue
I just went through a really bad situation with this company that talks a big game about having great customer service but totally drops the ball. I bought something from them, and it turned out to be busted, so I tried to return it like their policy says. But get this - they sent me back the same broken thing not once, not twice, but three times! And now they're saying I can't even return it, even though we talked on the phone and they said I could. It's just crazy how they won't take responsibility and don't care about their customers. Can you believe that?

Trench coat purchase
I bought this gorgeous trench coat thinking it would be more of a light jacket, but it turned out to be more like a heavy winter coat. I usually wear a size 6 in the US, so I went with a Small. It fits really nicely in the shoulders and chest, but the sleeves are crazy long! I had to get them fixed to fit me properly. On the upside, the shipping was good - the packaging was solid and it got here pretty quickly. So, overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I just bought a car cover online and it was so easy. Got updates on my order all the time and the cover showed up super quick. Haven't put it on my car yet because I want to give it a good wash first. Will let you know how it goes once I do though!

New phone and service plan
I recently bought a new phone and a service plan, and I wanted to talk about my experience. Honestly, I've been really let down by the service I've gotten from this company. When I got my new phone, I had trouble transferring my contacts from my old phone. I was surprised to find out that the company doesn't support transferring contacts from Samsung devices, even though I've been a loyal customer. They never told me this when I bought the phone, and I felt like the salespeople at the store were deceiving me. I lost important contacts I've collected over the past ten years, which has been really inconvenient. I've spent a lot of time trying to fix this problem with both the company and Samsung, but they've just given me excuses and haven't been helpful. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the customer service and how unclear they were about their services. I'm going to start looking for other options and won't be going back to this company in the future.

Cheese and sausage gift basket
I bought a cheese and sausage gift basket from this company. The quality was just okay. But let me tell you, dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. I've been trying for years to get off their mailing list, but I keep getting their junk mail. Every time I reach out, they promise to take me off the list, but next year, there's more promotional stuff in my mailbox. Their disregard for my request and terrible customer service have left me feeling really disappointed.

Jade green tie and white pocket square with a green border
I just got this really nice jade green tie and a white pocket square with a green border from this place for my sister's wedding, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good the quality is. The material feels really nice and the craftsmanship is way better than other ties I've bought before, especially considering how affordable it was. I know I'm going to look sharp and classy at the wedding. Plus, the shipping was really fast, which was a nice surprise. Even though it had to travel a bit, my order got here right on time, so I have plenty of time to get ready for the big day. Overall, I'm really happy with both the products and the service.
