Trench coat purchase
I bought this gorgeous trench coat thinking it would be more of a light jacket, but it turned out to be more like a heavy winter coat. I usually wear a size 6 in the US, so I went with a Small. It fits really nicely in the shoulders and chest, but the sleeves are crazy long! I had to get them fixed to fit me properly. On the upside, the shipping was good - the packaging was solid and it got here pretty quickly. So, overall I'm happy with my purchase.

New phone and service plan
I recently bought a new phone and a service plan, and I wanted to talk about my experience. Honestly, I've been really let down by the service I've gotten from this company. When I got my new phone, I had trouble transferring my contacts from my old phone. I was surprised to find out that the company doesn't support transferring contacts from Samsung devices, even though I've been a loyal customer. They never told me this when I bought the phone, and I felt like the salespeople at the store were deceiving me. I lost important contacts I've collected over the past ten years, which has been really inconvenient. I've spent a lot of time trying to fix this problem with both the company and Samsung, but they've just given me excuses and haven't been helpful. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the customer service and how unclear they were about their services. I'm going to start looking for other options and won't be going back to this company in the future.

Cheese and sausage gift basket
I bought a cheese and sausage gift basket from this company. The quality was just okay. But let me tell you, dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare. I've been trying for years to get off their mailing list, but I keep getting their junk mail. Every time I reach out, they promise to take me off the list, but next year, there's more promotional stuff in my mailbox. Their disregard for my request and terrible customer service have left me feeling really disappointed.

I just wasn't feeling my recent trip to the store, it was a letdown. The vibe in there was so unwelcoming, like all snooty and unfriendly, you know? I felt like they were sizing me up just based on how I looked. And don't even get me started on the prices - way too high for what you're getting in terms of quality. Plus, the employees all seemed to have this attitude like they were better than everyone else, talking down to customers and acting all high and mighty. It was pretty obvious that they weren't really focused on giving good customer service at all.

Next day delivery disappointment
I ordered flowers for my loved one's birthday with next day delivery, but they didn't show up on time. It was pretty disappointing and inconvenient. When I called customer service, they said the flowers would come the next day, but they ended up being two days late. The lack of communication and delay really bummed me out and made me think twice about using this service again.

I just got this really nice jade green tie and a white pocket square with a green border from this place for my sister's wedding, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how good the quality is. The material feels really nice and the craftsmanship is way better than other ties I've bought before, especially considering how affordable it was. I know I'm going to look sharp and classy at the wedding. Plus, the shipping was really fast, which was a nice surprise.
