Summer shirt
Watch out! It's such a hassle to get a refund for a return! They can't even find the return at their distribution center in Washington. If you want a different size or color, too bad - you'll have to wait another month for it to come. They're definitely not consumer-friendly at all. They make it so hard to get your money back.
Mother's Day gift
I bought a Mother's Day gift, expecting it to arrive in 2 days, but it's been 4 days and still no delivery. I really wanted it on time, but that didn't happen. Customer service just told me it would be late, which I already knew. I'm really let down by the service this company provided.
Wrinkle-prone linen shirt
I bought a linen shirt from this store not too long ago and honestly, I was pretty let down by the quality. When I first got it, it looked awesome, but once I put it on, I knew it was going to wrinkle in no time. I wore it to a casino for just a few hours and it looked like a total mess with all the wrinkles. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were not very helpful or understanding. I thought a store that charges a lot for their stuff would have better service. Now, I'm seriously thinking about not buying anything from them again.
Men's Hawaiian shirt
I bought a Hawaiian shirt for men from this store and was really disappointed with the service. When I checked my credit card statement, I saw that I was charged twice for different amounts. I told the staff right away, but they didn't try to help or refund me for the extra charge. I left feeling upset and like they were trying to cheat me. Because of this bad experience, I don't plan on going back to that store again.
New bedroom furniture
Hey, I came across this super cute furniture set online for our bedroom, right? But it turned out to be a total nightmare. I was really excited about it, but then they hit me with, "Oh, it'll ship in two weeks." I waited those two weeks, and nothing happened. Then they tell me, "Oh, one of the pieces didn't pass inspection." I was just like, "Okay, whatever." But then another week goes by, and I still didn't get anything. So I just ended up canceling. It was seriously the worst experience ever.
Camp shirt for husband
I just got my husband a camp shirt at this store and he is obsessed with it! It's super high quality and the design is just perfect for the summer. The material feels amazing and it fits him perfectly. What's really cool is that it brings back memories of our Hawaii trip where I first shopped at this store. I got a bathing suit and a wrap there and they are both so great - the colors are vibrant and the fabrics feel really nice on the skin.
V-neck t-shirts
I bought some V-neck t-shirts from this store not too long ago, and I'm kind of bummed because after only a few times in the wash, I already see some splitting at the edges of the V. It's a bit disappointing because I was hoping for better quality. The shirts look and feel great, but they don't seem to be holding up very well.
Delayed delivery
I ordered something online and it was supposed to come on the 15th but then they said the 19th. Now, it's the 27th and still nothing! I needed it for the 16th and now I probably won't get it at all. Their customer service is the worst, like seriously! Ugh, I'm never ordering from them again!
Clothing
I used to really like this brand, but lately, I've been disappointed. I've bought a lot of stuff from them in the past, but the things I've gotten recently haven't been up to par. I've spent a good amount of money on their products, but they just don't last. The zippers on my $120 shorts broke after just one year, and my polo shirts started getting holes after only a few washes. I expected better quality for the price I paid, and it's frustrating that the brand doesn't back up their products. It's sad to see such a drop in quality from a company I used to love. I won't be shopping there again.
Scallop sliders, rum cake, drinks
I went to this place and man, the service was absolutely incredible! Lena really knew her stuff and recommended some awesome food and drinks. We tried scallop sliders, a delicious rum cake, and the most amazing cocktails. I'm definitely gonna spread the word to all my friends and family to ask for Lena. She's seriously the best!
Island-inspired clothing
I just bought some island style clothes from this store and let me tell you, I was really impressed with the quality. Even in chilly Ohio, the relaxed island feel of the clothes fits my style perfectly. They have a great variety of stuff on their website, and I love getting the deals and promos as a loyal customer from Cleveland. And hey, the fact that everything is made in America just makes me like the brand even more.
Swim trunks and sunglasses
I ordered some swim trunks and sunglasses online, but they never came! I was so disappointed. I reached out to customer service, and they told me my order got lost. They said they could send me a new one if I provided a new credit card number. Can you believe that? After a whole week, they finally refunded me. Thank goodness!

I really love the clothes I bought from here. They're super high-quality and I always get compliments when I wear them. They're made to last and the styles are classic, so I know I can wear them for a long time. The stitching and craftsmanship are so well done, you can tell a lot of care went into making each piece. I love how stylish and well-made everything is at this store. It's definitely become one of my favorite spots to shop when I want to upgrade my wardrobe.

I've been a loyal customer for almost thirty years now, mainly because of the top-notch products and service this brand used to offer. But I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about the decline I've been seeing lately. They used to use awesome natural fibers like silk, cotton, and linen, but now it's all about polyester and "eco viscose," which just doesn't cut it in terms of comfort and durability. The shift in materials is hard to miss and a real bummer for someone like me who loved the old high-quality fabrics. And don't even get me started on their choice of FedEx Smartpost as the default shipper - talk about frustrating! This service is slow, unreliable, and a pain to track, causing delays of 10 days or more to get my orders. It's a real hassle, especially when there are other shipping options that work way better. All in all, the drop in product quality and the use of a subpar shipping service have really put a damper on my relationship with this brand.
Two dresses for upcoming vacation
I just bought two dresses for my upcoming trip and they're even better than I expected! The material is top-notch and the fit is perfect. I'm so in love with these dresses and I can't wait to wear them. You can tell that a lot of care went into making them, from the stitching to the overall craftsmanship. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer for this company.
Shorts
I bought a pair of shorts for $90, but they fell apart after just 5 wears in a year. I have clothes that have held up for 20 years and still look good after being worn many times. I reached out to customer service to complain about the poor quality, but they said they only cover fabric and construction issues for 90 days. It's ridiculous. The fabric wasn't even sewn properly, with visible holes and two different colors used when it was supposed to be solid gray. I won't buy from them again. There are plenty of other options with better quality, lower prices, and superior customer service.
Sweater exchange
My time dealing with customer service at this store was amazing. I had to swap out a sweater for a different size and it was super easy. I gave back the item and got the new one in my hands in just 2 days, which was really quick. On top of that, they replied to my emails right away before my return, showing they care about their customers. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the whole thing enjoyable. The products they offer are high-quality with a lot of options to pick from. I would give both their products and service a perfect 5-star rating.
Shirt with quality issue
I bought a shirt here not long ago and it turned out to have a quality problem, which was a bummer. I decided to reach out to Customer Service about it, and they were super quick to help me out. They not only fixed the problem right away, but they also let me know they were investigating to prevent the issue from happening again. I was seriously impressed by how fast and effective they were in resolving the issue. The people I talked to were really nice, professional, and caring the whole time.
Linen short jacket sourced by Maddie
I just wanted to share my awesome experience at this store with you. Maddie was seriously amazing and went out of her way to help me find this gorgeous linen short jacket from another store nearby. She not only kept her word about getting back to me once she found it, but she was also super friendly and knew everything about their inventory. Maddie is definitely a great representative for the brand and made my shopping trip one to remember.
Five Christmas gifts
Today we went to the store and got five Christmas gifts. Elizabeth and Jenee, the ladies working there, were so friendly and helpful! They boxed up everything for us, gave us gift receipts, and even labeled the boxes with the names of each gift recipient. Honestly, I don't think any other store would do all that for us. We really love that place!
