Not getting what I ordered
I really don't appreciate it when they tell me my order is ready when it's not. It's just not cool to lie to customers like that. If they can't fulfill the order, they should just be honest and give my money back immediately. Holding onto the money without fulfilling the order isn't fair. It's crucial to do the right thing and make things right for the customer. Giving a refund right away shows that they care about their customers and their satisfaction.

I just grabbed some 2ml -o and hhc carts for $10 each and d10 1ml for $5 each at this store, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the quality. The carts are doing their job nicely and I'm seeing good results from all my testing. Plus, they've got a nice range of products to choose from, which is a big bonus.

I just wanted to share my awesome experience at this store with you. Maddie was seriously amazing and went out of her way to help me find this gorgeous linen short jacket from another store nearby. Subscription cancellation difficulties
I had a really bad time trying to cancel my subscription with this company. I tried a bunch of times to cancel it, but they weren't helpful at all. They ended up charging me for another year without my permission. The customer service was not great and felt like it was coming from robots who weren't paying attention to what I was asking for. Dealing with the back and forth and not getting anything fixed was super frustrating. I wouldn't suggest signing up for a subscription with this company because of the problems I ran into.
