vibrating massager
I just got this vibrating massager and I was really looking forward to using it. It worked really well in the beginning, but then the battery died so quickly. I was bummed out about it. I reached out to their customer service and they were incredibly helpful! They sent me a replacement right away and even let me choose a different color. Now I can go back to enjoying my massages without any issues. Yay!
Gigi 2 & Warranty
Customer service was really quick getting back to me, easy to communicate with, and they helped me solve my issue. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got the replacement, too. I'd give them a 10 out of 10 rating. Their service and products are top-notch!
Lrlo Ora 2 vibrator
I was really let down by the Lrlo Ora 2 vibrator. It made a lot of noise, the battery conked out after only one use, and it definitely did not deliver on its promise of mimicking oral pleasure. The whole thing just felt cheaply made, and I was pretty upset with how it turned out after spending my money on it.

Defective products
I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this company, and unfortunately, some of the products turned out to have issues. Within the first year of having them, some of the items stopped working properly. I tried to use the warranty for one of the items while it was still valid, but they didn't send me a return label, so I couldn't send it back for repairs. Now they won't honor the warranty for that item. Another time, a device broke down but I didn't realize how serious it was until after a year had passed. Even though it was still under warranty, I couldn't get a replacement because I only noticed the problem later.
