I just got myself a Rimowa suitcase and let me tell you, it's absolutely fantastic. It's not just durable and built to last, but it also looks great. I'm all about that classic aluminum style; can't imagine using anything else now when I'm traveling. Rimowa is the go-to check-in luggage in our house. We've got one that's been with us for over ten years, a new addition, and a few in-between, and they all have held up to everything we've put them through and still look amazing.

Bike accessories purchase
My recent experience with Aventuron was just not up to par. They brag about being a local business that cares about customers, but it took forever for my order to even ship out. I had to wait a full two weeks for my bike gear, and that was a big headache.
On top of that, the customer service I got was pretty disappointing. They replied quickly, but the person I talked to seemed more focused on blaming others instead of actually solving my problem. It was really frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about me at all.

Low dunks
I bought some low dunk sneakers at your store recently, but it wasn't the best experience. The salesperson told me they were unisex and I could return them at any store within a month. But when I tried them on at home, they were too big. I went to the Liverpool store to return them, but it was now an outlet store. I'd have to drive an hour to either Warrington or Manchester to return them. I was pretty upset and felt like I'd been misled by the salesperson.

Keith, please be careful. I ordered 10 lamps for a remodel in 2018. They have started falling and it's very dangerous. I spoke to the owner, and she said the lanterns only last 5 years but does not disclose that anywhere in advertising or at purchase.
