    New policy sucks

    I can't believe the new policy of this company! They called me right in the middle of my work day and started asking all these bizarre questions. I mean, come on, don't they understand that people are busy with their jobs? And then on top of that, they're holding onto my money for three whole days without even shipping my order? It's as if they're trying to push me away as a customer. Definitely planning to boycott them!

    Leather multi-tool purchase

    I bought a leather multi-tool from this company and thought it was great at first. But after using it for a few weeks, one of the tools broke. I reached out to them about getting a replacement, but had a hard time. The customer service I got was not very good. The people I talked to were unprofessional and disrespectful, which made me even more upset. I had higher expectations from a company as well-known as theirs.

    Locking blade knife

    I bought this knife thinking it was one of those folding blades that you don't need to unlock, but it ended up being a locking one. Since I live in the UK, I can't carry around a knife like that every day. I attempted to return it, but customer service was no help at all and now they've been ignoring me for 5 weeks. The knife itself is actually pretty nice, but dealing with their customer service has been a total nightmare.

    I absolutely love these multi tools and knives, they are seriously top-notch quality. The P4 Freeman Multi Tool has quickly become my favorite go-to tool for pretty much any task, whether it's fixing stuff around the house or going on outdoor adventures. And let me tell you, the folding knives are super sharp and durable, making them perfect for everyday use. I was so impressed with them that I ended up buying several P4 Freemans as Christmas gifts for all the men in my family. Needless to say, they were absolutely thrilled to receive such high-quality tools as gifts!

    Blade replacement service

    I just got my trusty multitool back after getting the blades replaced. I've had it for 20 years, so it was in need of some maintenance. The whole process went really well, and I was impressed by how quickly they got my tool back to me. They not only replaced the blades like I asked, but they also tightened and cleaned up all the other tools on it. I'm really happy with the service and how well they took care of my multitool.

    Faulty Bit Driver Extender purchase

    I've had nothing but trouble with the Bit Driver Extender I bought from this company. Even after reading about the issues online, I still went ahead and got it along with a Bit Kit and a Wave+. As expected, the extender turned out to be faulty, with a bit getting stuck the first time I used it. When I contacted customer service, they refused to replace or exchange the products just because I'm not in the USA. All they offered was a partial refund, which was not enough for me. I've sent multiple emails over the past 5 weeks, but they've completely ignored me. It's a big gamble buying outside the USA from this company, especially if you end up with a faulty product like I did with the Bit Driver Extender.

    Multitool purchase

    I got my multitool from this place and wow, it was seriously rough. The customer service was just awful. They didn't even try to help me out when I needed to return something, and then they actually kept it! Can you believe that? I bet their products are just as bad as their staff, I swear. But then, they really turned things around and sent me a new item while apologizing for their terrible communication. So, I guess things can work out in the end, you know?

    Skeletool Chip Blade Replacement

    I recently sent my Skeletool in to have the chip blade replaced after using it for over ten years. The customer service I received was truly awesome. Not only did they replace the chip blade like I asked, but they also replaced both the Phillips and flathead bits on my tool. The way they paid attention to detail and took care in fixing up my tool really impressed me. I'm so happy with how it turned out and really appreciate their professionalism.

    Recent purchase of products

    I recently bought some items from your store, and then I saw that they were 50% off a few days later. I contacted customer service to ask if they could adjust the price, but they said I would have to return the items and buy them again at the sale price. This would end up being more expensive for both of us, which was disappointing. Because of this, and because of Leatherman's lack of flexibility, I have decided to return the items and not buy them again. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the service. Sadly, this isn't the first time I've had issues like this with your customer service.

    Engraved titanium multi-tool

    I just got this cool engraved titanium multi-tool for my husband as a gift. I ordered it on December 12th, thinking it would show up after Christmas because of the custom engraving. But guess what? It actually arrived on December 19th, plenty early for the holiday. The engraving looks even better than I hoped and the whole tool is really well made. I'm super happy with what I bought and the service I got from the company.

    I bought a knife from this store and the customer service was terrible. When I called to ask about my order, the person I talked to didn't seem to care and wasn't helpful. She was rude and told me to check the USPS website for shipping delays. I asked to speak to a manager, but my call went to voicemail and they never called me back. I also emailed customer service, but never got a response. The lack of communication and bad attitude from the staff really let me down.

    Free P4 multi-tool

    I recently bought a Free P4 multi-tool and ran into a problem with the handles being too loose. I contacted customer service for help, but the responses I got were not helpful at all and didn't solve my issue. Having a bad case of arthritis in my hands made it really hard for me to try and fix the tool on my own. It's really frustrating that I can't use my new tool like I was hoping to.

    I ordered 4 items from your website, but I only got 1 in my package. I reached out to customer service right away and they said they'd send the missing items in a few weeks or give me a refund with a shipping label included. But I never got that shipping label like they promised, so now I'm stuck with no solution to the problem. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing.

    I just sent my Leatherman Wave to get fixed all the way from the UK to Portland, Oregon. It was a smooth process and my tool came back looking brand new. I'm really impressed with how quick and well they got the job done.

    New product replacement after 11 years

    I just had a problem with my trusty multitool, which finally gave out after 11 years of use.     Repair of old multi-tool

    So I had to send in my trusty old multi-tool for repair because the serrated blade had snapped. I was super clear with them that I didn't want a replacement since this tool was a special gift that meant a lot to me. And get this - not only did they fix the serrated knife, but they also threw in a new standard blade, a diamond file, a saw, new screwdriver bits, and even replaced the eyeglasses bit! And hold on, there's more - they upgraded the pliers to the fancy new ones with removable cutters, while still keeping the original chassis and scissors so it still had that familiar feel. It's really awesome to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make them happy. Now, every time I reach for my multi-tool, I can't help but crack a smile because of the outstanding service I received!
