Powder foundation, out of stock
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a while now, and I've always loved their powder foundation. It's great because it lets my skin breathe and keeps it looking good. But lately, I've been feeling frustrated because the product always seems to be out of stock. It's been really hard for me to get my hands on my favorite foundation, and that's been pretty annoying. I hope they can figure out this issue soon so I can keep enjoying their products without any more problems.

DVD purchase with efficient company
This company is awesome to work with! They are really good at fixing any problems that come up because of manufacturing issues, and they do it quickly. Their DVD selection is great - they have a lot of choices to pick from, so you can find what you want easily. Shipping might take a little while, about 2 weeks to the UK, but it's worth it because they provide such good service. I wish other companies in the UK were as good as this one! I'll definitely keep doing business with them and recommend them to others.

Camp supplies
The customer service rep, Ann, really went out of her way to help me when my order got lost. She was so helpful and did all she could to make sure my daughter would get her camp stuff before she leaves on June 10th. Ann's dedication and hard work totally turned my bad experience into a good one. Her great attitude and quick fix to the problem proves she's a super valuable part of the company. Big congrats to Ann for going above and beyond for us customers.

Last-minute rental, large car, great price
I was really in a bind and needed a rental car at the last minute. Luckily, I stumbled upon a sweet deal for a bigger car that promised a smooth ride. The folks at the airport rental desk were super fast and got me all set up. The car I ended up with was a newer model and looked almost brand new, plus it had some fancy features like heated seats and a 230V power outlet. I was pleasantly surprised by how fuel-efficient it was and how affordable the cost was. And even though I was expecting an automatic, I didn't mind at all driving a diesel manual.
