    Reasonable price, clean car, disappointing incident

    The rental price was really fair, the car I got was awesome and super clean. The folks at the rental desk were nice and helpful, which made the whole experience really great. But, the good vibes didn't last long. Turns out, my car got given away to someone else since my flight was a little late. I had to fork over an extra €70 because of it, which totally bummed me out. It would've been way cooler if they were more flexible or understanding about the situation.

    Don't bother checking out other places, Holiday Autos is legit. We were planning a three-month road trip across the USA and they had the best car options at really good prices. Alamo, the company they work with, gave us amazing service. The car was clean, reliable, and super comfortable - better than we expected. All in all, our experience with Holiday Autos was perfect and we'd totally suggest them for anyone who wants an easy car rental experience.

    Short trip car rental in Hungary

    During our recent visit to Hungary to see our mother, we decided to rent a car for a little trip. It turned out to be really nice. When we got to the airport, the driver was right there to pick us up after we called. Getting the car at the location went quickly, only took us 15 minutes to be on our way. The drive to Csemö was smooth and we enjoyed it. Returning the car was easy, the employee (Cosmin) was super friendly and efficient when checking for any damages. Luckily, there weren't any, so they unblocked our deposit right away. The ride back to the airport with the driver (Donat) was also nice and stress-free. Overall, our experience with the car rental service in Hungary was great.

    Online booking with clear insurance info

    The online booking process was really easy and straightforward. The website gave us clear info about the insurance, so we knew what was covered in the rental agreement. When we got to the airport, it was a bit tricky to find the desk, but it wasn't a big deal. Getting the keys and finding the car went smoothly. However, they didn't go over the car's features with us, so we had to figure it all out on our own. The car was in great shape and had some cool features. Returning the car was a breeze, and they gave us our deposit back quickly.

    Quick airport collection to offsite depot

    I had a great experience with the airport pickup and drop-off at the car rental place. I just called them up, and they came to get me right away. When I got to the rental place, I had to wait a bit at the check-in counter, but it wasn't too bad. The car was in really good shape, super clean and seemed well taken care of. The people working there were nice and helped me out, which made everything go smoothly and quick.

    The service was great overall, but it was kind of tough to figure out where to catch the shuttle bus to the office. They should have had clearer signs to guide customers to the pick-up spot. Once we finally found the shuttle, everything was smooth sailing. The cars weren't the newest, but they were clean and well-maintained. I was really satisfied with the service and would definitely use it again.

    Smooth pick up/drop off process

    My experience with pick up and drop off was really easy. The customer service was great, and the staff knew their stuff and were really friendly. I was a little annoyed about being charged for petrol when I picked up the car, but I was happy to see that I actually got a refund two days after dropping it off because I filled up the tank before returning it.

    Airport car hire experience

    The car rental choices on the website looked pretty good, but you gotta be careful when you book - I asked for a price for picking up at one airport and they gave me one for a different airport! But, they fixed the problem quickly and to my satisfaction.

    In-terminal pick up and drop off experience

    The pick up and drop off at the terminal was pretty easy and quick. But I gotta say, I was a little bummed out that they didn't have the car I asked for. Instead of a VW Polo or something similar, they handed me a Dacia that was decent size-wise but felt kinda bare bones and not very smooth. The folks at the payment desk seemed a bit distant, which wasn't too friendly. On the flip side, the folks handling the keys and the car were super nice and helpful.

    Car rental booking for trip to Crete

    I was really disappointed with my recent experience renting a car through Holiday Autos. We booked a car pickup at Crete Airport at 11pm with Centauro rental cars. But when we got there, no one from Centauro was around and we couldn't reach them by phone. Turns out their office closed at 11pm, something Holiday Autos failed to mention. So there we were, stuck at the airport with my family, including a little one, without a car. We had to shell out €100 for a taxi to get to our hotel. Even after all that trouble and extra expense, Holiday Autos was not helpful and wouldn't give us a refund. This kind of customer service just isn't right and it really changed my opinion of the company for the worse.

    Car rental for my upcoming trip

    I rented a car for an upcoming trip, but when I went to pick it up, there was a problem with the driver's info not matching the booking. Even though I showed them all the paperwork, the rental company was no help. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially because it was late and I was in a foreign place with no car. They were not flexible or customer-friendly in fixing the situation, which was disappointing and didn't meet my expectations. I had to find another option, which cost more money and was a hassle. Overall, my experience with the rental company was really bad, and I'm not happy with their service at all.

    After waiting for what felt like forever, the 40-minute line finally moved and things got way better when Jessica stepped in to help. She was super nice and got everything done quickly. Returning was just as easy, and Jessica was still on top of her game.

    Child seat, smooth experience, new car, clean

    The car seat they gave me for the kid could've been nicer, but it wasn't a big deal to me. Overall, dealing with the company was really easy - no waiting around and finding the car was a breeze. The car was almost brand new, with less than 8000 km on it, and super clean. If I ever go back to Alicante or Benidorm, I'd definitely rent from them again.

    The rental process was super fast and easy. The car they gave me was nice, clean, and pretty much like new. Although, there was this broken switch for the electric mirror that made it a pain to adjust the side mirrors. It was kind of annoying and could be risky for drivers of different heights.

    Efficient and Stress-free Car Rental Experience

    My experience renting a car with this company was awesome all the way through. Checking in was fast and simple, and the office was right at the airport. I was really happy to see that the car I got was brand new and in perfect condition, no scratches or anything. Dropping it off was easy too, with clear signs pointing me to the Avis area of the parking lot. Overall, it was a really easy and stress-free process.

    The rental car experience was a complete nightmare all the way through. The person helping us when we picked up the car was really rude and not helpful at all, which made the terms and conditions pretty confusing. It was a pain to add another driver, and there were so many documents we needed to provide, it felt like too much. And on top of that, trying to add insurance on the website was a real pain, adding even more stress and frustration. Overall, I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone who wants a smooth and easy rental car experience.

    Price comparison, Easy booking process

    I rented a car not too long ago and man, was I pleasantly surprised with the deal I scored through this car rental service. The price I got from Holiday Autos was wayyyy better than what the rental company originally told me. It made everything so much more budget-friendly and hassle-free.     Rental car experience

    My rental car experience was not great. The car I got had a hard time going up hills, which made driving really annoying and worrying. Plus, I couldn't even connect my phone to the car for navigation, which was a big hassle during my trip. Even though the Citroen C4 Cactus looked cool, the problems I had with it were more important than how it looked. Basically, my experience was a letdown and definitely not what I was hoping for when renting a car.

    Flat tire oversight

    I completely forgot to check the spare tire, and when I did, it was flat. The team just had me take a video of the car, and that was all they needed to know it wasn't my fault.
