    I just bought something from your store and didn't get any updates on when it would be shipped. I tried talking to customer service but they weren't much help and wouldn't let me cancel my order. It was pretty frustrating and I was pretty disappointed.

    Organic mattress purchase

    Let me tell you, my experience with Eden was absolutely terrible. First off, trying to place an order on their website was a nightmare. It was so hard to figure out and took forever to find what I wanted. And when I finally got my order in, the customer service was non-existent. It took days just to get a simple question answered, and when they finally replied, it was no help at all. And don't even get me started on the prices - they were through the roof! I thought I'd be paying more for an organic mattress, but this was ridiculous. And to make things worse, the delivery was a mess. It took forever for my mattress to arrive, and when it did, it was all damaged. Overall, my time with Eden was a disaster and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    Big sizes, accurate size chart

    The big sizes chart was actually pretty spot-on and made it easy for me to find clothes that fit just right. But, gotta say, the coupon thing can be a little wonky sometimes and doesn't work like it should. Ever since they got bought out by that bigger company, the customer service has gone downhill a bit. But, hey, at least their shipping is pretty fast and they've got a good selection of clothes in the big and tall section, way better than most places.

    I can't believe this company has the nerve to keep canceling pre-orders even after they've taken our money. It's just not right to have stuff taken out of your order so long after you bought it, especially when you were one of the first ones to order.     I recently tried out a transcription service to add closed captions to a short film project, and I gotta say, I was really happy with how it turned out. My cameraman suggested Rev.com, and I found the whole process to be really smooth and efficient. The captions needed to be in Hawai'i Creole Pidgin English, which required a few tweaks, but the editing tools they had on the service made it super easy to make those changes. I was really impressed with how easy the platform was to use, and it made adding captions to our film a piece of cake. I'll definitely be sticking with Rev.com for all my future film and video projects.

    The customer service at this jewelry shop is just amazing. I've been to a lot of jewelers in person and online, but none of them compare to the care and expertise of this company. Afshin was so great to work with while I was making my purchase, and it's hard to find that level of satisfaction anywhere else.     Man, let me tell you, this music distribution platform is a total nightmare. It's like they don't give a damn about us customers.     Christmas gift purchase

    I recently bought a Christmas present on December 15th with a promised delivery of 2-3 working days. Sadly, the item hasn't been sent out yet, and I missed the Christmas deadline. I contacted customer service and was told I'd get a call back, but never heard from them. This isn't the first time this happened - a similar thing occurred in February 2022, causing me to miss Valentine's Day too. With the high prices of items from this brand, you'd expect better service and delivery. I'm really let down and won't be ordering from them again. It's disappointing to see many other negative reviews with the same complaints, yet it seems like they aren't doing much to fix these issues.
