Sneaker and jeans purchase
Nugnes really knocked it out of the park with their fantastic customer service and fast delivery. I started off ordering some sneakers, but ended up falling for a pair of jeans I found while browsing their site. When I contacted customer service, Annalisa got back to me right away and was super helpful. She made it easy for me to ship both items together and still use my discount code. I was so impressed with her help that I wanted to give her a shoutout in this review. Even though Nugnes is based in Italy and I'm all the way in NY, my order got to me in just two days, way faster than I expected.

I recently bought some clothes from this online store and I gotta say, I had a really good experience. I was kinda skeptical at first because of some bad reviews, but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. The stuff about the return policy being too strict didn't affect me at all because I was happy with what I got. Man, let me tell you, this place really knows how to get your order to you super fast! I got these awesome cashmere sneakers, and they arrived at my door quicker than you could say "fashion forward." The whole ordering and delivery process was so seamless and efficient. And can I just say, besides looking super stylish, these sneakers are also crazy comfy - like walking on fluffy clouds. But man, when I found out the Gucci Oxford shoes I bought were 100€ more than they should've been based on the price on Gucci's and other websites, that really bummed me out. Like, I get that prices can vary, but that was a big difference and it definitely affected how satisfied I was with my purchase.

I scored these awesome boots on sale for half the price of other places! Plus, they offered express shipping so I was all about that. I used this app called Shop and it was really neat because I got notifications about my shipment on the app, through texts, and emails. The boots even arrived 2 days ahead of schedule and in perfect shape. I was totally thrilled with the whole process!

Online return process issue
I had a really bad time trying to do an online return with this company. I tried to get started using my order or tracking number, but it just wouldn't work. And on top of that, when I tried to give them a call, it wasn't working at that time either. Now I'm just sitting here waiting for a return label, feeling all frustrated and let down. I really hope they can figure this out soon, but for now, I'd say be careful if you're planning on doing any online returns with them.
Fast shipping, great customer service
I just ordered something and it showed up super quick, which was awesome. But, when I opened it up, it was the wrong item. Luckily, the customer service folks helped me out right away and made it simple for me to send it back. Even with this tiny hiccup, I was happy with how everything turned out and would definitely think about ordering from them again.

I was kinda nervous about ordering online at first, but Nugnes was great! My new clothes came quickly and were packaged really well. It was nice to feel all adult-like emailing them with questions instead of chatting with a chatbot that only knows a few languages.
