    I made an online order a couple of weeks ago and it's still not here. I've tried contacting customer service a few times, but all they do is apologize without actually fixing the problem. I'm really upset about the lack of updates and communication about my order. As someone who shops here often, I feel let down and unimportant.     I just bought something online and wanted to return it. But man, let me tell you, the whole process was so frustrating. The website basically tricked me into choosing 'drop off' for the return when what I really needed was a home pick-up. After reaching out for help, I waited four whole days just to be told I had to set up a UPS collection for my package. And to top it all off, UPS asked me for a tracking number that was nowhere to be found. So now I'm stuck with this package all packed up and no clue how to send it back. This whole thing has been a letdown, and I'm definitely rethinking shopping here in the future.

    Occasion dress

    I recently bought a dress from this brand and it was a total disaster. I ordered it at the start of May for a special occasion, but it's almost June now and I still haven't received it. The customer service has been terrible, with unhelpful agents giving me wrong info about when it will arrive. It seems like they're totally clueless and don't know how to deal with this. The lack of communication between the brand and the delivery company is just awful. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you have an important event soon.

    Colorful and unique clothing items and handbags

    I just bought some really cool and one-of-a-kind clothes and bags from this store and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed.     I recently bought a shirt dress from this company, and I have to say, it was a total disaster. They sent me the wrong item, and their customer service was terrible.     Trendy clothing, great rewards system

    Clothes aging quickly

    I really like the clothes, they're so cool and different. But I've noticed that after wearing them for a bit, the pants and leggings wear out super fast. They end up all fuzzy and thin in no time. And some of the dresses even start to fade in the wash. I try to be gentle with them, using the delicate cycle, but they just don't seem to hold up very well.

    I bought 3 things from an online store I found on social media a while back, but my stuff still hasn't shown up after six weeks. The tracking info says it was delivered, but I never got anything or heard from the company about delivery. What's weird is that the order seems to be from China instead of Spain like I thought.     I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered two things weeks ago and they still haven't arrived.
