Dress purchase
My recent experience with customer service at this fancy brand was really a letdown. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through email, patiently waiting for a response about a return request I made on December 25th. Even though they promised contact from their US customer service team, I didn't hear anything for weeks. Finally, after reaching out again, they offered to pay for my dry cleaning, but only after taking my money and leaving me hanging. It's really disappointing to come across such bad communication and service from a brand that prides itself on being luxurious. I've decided to say goodbye to the dress and my money because their unprofessionalism is just not okay. I plan on making a formal complaint to my credit card company and sharing my negative experience with others.

Coding classes for child
Our kid's coding classes have been really great. Ms. Hina and Ms. Urusa, the teachers, are really dedicated to teaching logical thinking and basic coding skills to our child. We've learned that coding is more than just writing code - it's about problem-solving and being creative. The tests and assignments have really helped our child grasp the concepts better. We're thinking about enrolling our younger kid too, so they can also learn from this awesome experience.
