    This company is HORRIBLE! I purchased three pairs of reading glasses. All three pairs are incorrect. I made a mistake when I uploaded my prescription and I sent my distance prescription. I contacted them and let them know I needed it changed to my reading prescription, they replied with confirmation, but still made them with the wrong prescription. When I contacted them about this, they insisted they are correct and told me to have them tested at the eye Dr.’s office. I explained that was unnecessary as I think I am capable of knowing whether I can see with them or not. They were argumentative, not at all professional, and rather childish in their responses. Also, my package arrived stinking of cigarette smoke, no professional company would allow that. They refused to make it right and either refund me or send me the correct prescription. Do not waste your money.

    two shirts made of a woven fabric

    I recently bought two shirts from Printrendy thinking they were made of woven fabric, but they turned out to just be printed photos of it. The quality was not up to par and I was pretty bummed out. When I tried to get in touch with Printrendy about returning the shirts and getting a refund, they totally ghosted me. It's frustrating to deal with such bad customer service and no one taking responsibility. My whole experience with Printrendy has been a letdown and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

    My experience with ContactsCart since February of 2020 has been great! About two years ago I moved and my order got lost in transit to me from my previous address and once I let customer service know they sent me a new order free of charge. They did check with my eye doctor to make sure the prescription is from a real eye doctor, I know it has to be renewed every year. Honestly, I like that I don’t have to go see the eye doctor yearly because it always cost so much and if I feel like I need a different prescription then I can go. I know some people say it’s not legal, but why force people to go yearly if not needed. I can order a box of 30 day supply for $35 or 90 day for $70 and that’s the cheapest I’ve found them, it doesn’t take long for me to receive them either only 3/4 days. I have never received out of date contacts or had any issues with mine. If I email I get a response in about 48 hours. I’m definitely a long term customer and would recommend ContactsCart.

    I ordered two items on April 15th and paid the extra $16.99 for expedited shipping as I absolutely needed the items to arrive by April 21st. Realizing after I made the purchase that they take days to even ship the items, I went ahead and submitted a cancellation request prior to the shipping. I received no response from them whatsoever, instead receiving a message that my items had shipped two days later. After sending them another message about this via their contact form, email, and social medias since I could not be sure they would answer, I finally get a response out of them. Given their lack of response, I told them I was expecting a FULL refund, including shipping and that I refused to pay the $9.99 return fee as well. They didn't respond until after I messaged them TWICE, to which they doubled down and told me I would have to pay the fee. I have messaged them now twice regarding escalating the issue and they refused to respond after several messages.

    On the 30th when it had more than two weeks since I had placed the order and had yet to receive it, I opened a dispute with AfterPay as KOODING could not be trusted to actually respond to open customer inquiries, even after emailing them twice, sometimes three times in a row. They doubled down and tried to claim that I refused delivery, which I did not. I even reached out to DHL to confirm such and KOODING still refused to respond to me. AfterPay helped mediate the dispute and KOODING tried to resolve the matter by refunding all but $31.99 of my transaction for shipping costs and return fee. They seriously tried to charge me $31.99 for an order I NEVER RECEIVED. After many messages and escalation, it wasn't until I said I planned to sue in small claims that AfterPay (not KOODING) agreed to give me back my $31.99. Throughout all of this KOODING refused to respond to my emails and only corresponded with AfterPay.

    I would not recommend this company to anyone in fact I would strongly advise AGAINST doing your business with them unless you plan on being ripped off and continually ignored. There is some seriously shameful incompentency here and a sincere lack of care for their customers. When my package didn't arrive I should have been met with an immediate refund and customer care coming to a proper resolution, not with blame. I shouldn't have had to fight tooth and nail for something where I so clearly needed assistance and was deserving of a refund.

    It looks like they have a tendency to reply to reviews on here so let me preempt that by refuting some things they said to AfterPay: I did not make false claims in my dispute against them, nor did I ever refuse delivery of any package (and I have the chat transcripts with DHL attesting to such). Yes, I was upset at first about my order not arriving when I expected it by and did try to cancel it initially, but the order simply NEVER arrived, and they tried to use my initial cancel request as a smokescreen for them simply never delivering my order. Don't let these people fool you, they don't care about you or your happiness as a customer, they literally only care about your money and will fight you tooth and nail for every single penny if they find any opportunity.

    Do not give these fools any of your business. There are much better websites out there which offer similar products. You can also usually buy directly from the brand without KOODING's markup.

    I placed the order over 2 weeks ago as a gift. I didn’t hear back regarding tracking information so I called the company. I was told that it was still in production and I should have a tracking number soon. I the. Waited another week and called. The rude person I spoke to told me that the person I previously spoke with made a mistake that it was not in production. I asked to speak with a manager to get more information and he said to me “we work remote because of covid and we don’t have managers that I can transfer you to”. I found this to be odd since I work from home and if a manager is needed I could transfer a person to them. He said he would call me back and he did and he said that they had the wrong address because it was missing a apt number. It’s a house and the house is newly constructed. If there was an issue with the address why wasn’t I told that when I asked for an update. He then told me he would have someone call me on the next day. No one ever called. I called today and spoke to a lady named Gwen she said that it was also still in production. She said she would call me back in 1 hour and she said she would put me on hold for a manager. I waited over an hour for the “manager” to pick up. I hung up and called back. Jim answered he was so rude again telling me there is not manager available. He would not let me talk yelling at me and talking over me. i asked for a refund he said that the item had been tried to be delivered but the address is wrong. Mind you i confirmed 4 times and other items have been delivered. So in a matter of 2 days they tried to deliver it 3 times? He said they could not give me a refund.

    I'm disappointed. I ordered a 6 Panel Divider on Sept. 13, 2021. It's now 9/22/21 and 7:54 pm, supposedly the day of delivery and nothing. The site states 2-5 business days for delivery. mhm. I tried tracking the package via Fedex and no confirmed delivery day. Only that something was wrong with the shipping label. It's suppose to be coming from CA. I:ve gotten stuff sooner from Chine. Btw, as per the website, apparently Costway does not have free returns. If you don't like the item, is on you to pay to return it. I'm hoping all is good or I'm .... Just know this before you order or recommend them. I don't trust this company.
    Good or bad, I will follow up another review once I've inspected the item.

    Wonder if I'll ever get them...

    I ordered 2 pans a month ago (Nov 30) for Christmas for my husband. The website stated "arrives in 2-4 weeks". I knew they might be a smidge late, but as of today (29 days after the order was placed), they haven't even shipped. I was told my a rep that it looks like they'll ship out next week. This is the umpteenth time they've said this. Just save yourself the headache and get an All-Clad. So disappointed... I really wanted a company like this to succeed. I wonder if I'll ever see the pans my husband was supposed to get for Christmas. Instead, all he got was PJ pants. ????

    I paid for expedited shipping and also found that after two weeks the item had not shipped. This qualifies as non-delivery and was enough to dispute the charges with my bank. Amazed to see the same item is still listed as available on the Sardel website.

    I ordered the full set in April 2021. It is now the last day of August 2021 and I still haven’t received my order. They did however already charge my credit card as soon as my order was placed. Numerous contacts with the company always result in the same response of it is coming from Italy and being stored in a warehouse in New York and the warehouse is experiencing delays.

    Cute set however a different, thinner material was used to make the pants than the jacket. You can see the difference I the (2) different materials. Cheap quality of pants will wear and wash very differently and will not hold up as long as the jacket material. It would have also been nice to have a good facing in the jacket that didn't fly up and require ironing to stay inside the zipper. A lot of extra effort for metal zipper and design....so why not make the pants from the same material vs using a cheaper, thinner and slightly off color blue?

    I ordered this blouse because it looked beautiful online. It took forever to receive it and when I opened it, it was the ugliest blouse I had ever seen. The fabric was something that would have come out of the 60's, it was gross. It had long breast darts, it was very see through.
    Needless to say I was extremely disappointed.
    I sent it back for a full refund and I just got an email stating they were refunding me, not the total amount I paid for it. They took out $6.95 for shipping it back. They had provided the return label. Hell I could have mailed it back myself for under $3.00. They also took the tax out.

    This company is a TOTAL SCAM! I ordered over $160 worth of pajamas on Nov 17, 2020 as well, and anytime I've reached out to find the status on the order the response has been cryptic and unhelpful. It's already 12/22 and I can no longer use them. I need to get a full refund on this. Has anyone gotten a refund from them? I've learned my lesson to do more research on things like this in the future.

    I ordered on 12/10 the website said they would be here by Christmas...we do matching family Pj's on Christmas Eve. My order has been sitting in GA since 12/16 no other update. I emailed the company and asked them if they could help me. Their response was they sent me the tracking number....seriously I clearly have the tracking number that is how I knew it was in GA since 12/16. I sent them another email telling them that I just received another email saying they have urged the courier to expedite!! I guess I will have to head out to a local store and see if I can find some kind of Christmas Eve PJ's

    Very poor quality. Would give 0 stars if I could. Shoe sloe became unglued from boot before even trying the boots on. Appears it was glued and separated due to heat. Very poor customer service...wanted me to pay $50-200 just to return the boots that cost $100. What a waist. Beware and don’t order from this company
