    This company is a scam. Not 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You can never cancel within 24 hours because they send you a email an hour after order saying shipping. On website says you get email with final approval which you never receive. The entire website is a lie. From ordering to approval to satisfaction. SCAM ARTISTS
    Once you order your f-ed owner won’t allow you to get money back off there website saying satisfaction guarantee
    No 100% positive customers. Guys a used car salesman. Now I have a screening that’s misspelled because I never got approval and wouldn’t fix or refund or exchange to make it right

    Very poor service and products! 24/7 customer service doesn’t exist at Tailored Canvases. They don’t answer the phone and the response times to emails are delayed by days of waiting. I ordered a 60x30 canvas claimed to be high quality. Within 24 hours of placing the order, I was emailed and addressed by the wrong name and told my canvas size was unavailable but I can get an “upgrade” to a smaller size and get a second canvas for free. Within minutes of that email, I had another email from Tailored stating the first email was sent in error. This was the beginning of many conflicting emails and correspondence where it seemed that no one at Tailored Canvas had a clue as to what was going on. It seems like looking at my account could’ve helped them but maybe not… so I ended up ordering three canvases… one came quickly, then the second arrived. They finally contacted me again and said the 60x30 wasn’t available and offered the same “upgrade” as the one offered before in error. I ordered the specific size to fit a wall and I didn’t need a smaller size or I would’ve ordered smaller initially. When I received this email, I checked their site to see if they noted the 60x30 canvases being out of stock. They were still advertising the 60x30 size, so please be aware of this if you’re shopping for a certain size. They told me I could wait about 3 weeks to see if the size could be restocked. At the end of three weeks, the 60x30 still wasn’t available so I requested a refund. When I requested this refund, they replied that they had just received the 60x30 canvases… a little suspicious to me about that timing but at this point, I’m just ready to be done with this company. I told them I just want a refund. This process had started about two months prior and I didn’t want to go through it any longer. They sent me their company policy about refunds and said they could offer me a store credit. Once again, please take the time to look into the situation before blasting back with a generic answer. They delayed me for almost a month or more over communication responses and sizing issues. I called one Friday and was disconnected three times before I finally got through to someone. He had no idea and said it would be the following Monday before I could expect an answer. When I asked about 24/7 customer service, he said they had over 1000 emails to respond to and it was just a bad year for them to keep up. I did get a refund the following week but when I went to hang my first canvas, one of the two very cheaply made and installed hangers on the back popped off. I had emailed Tailored Canvas asking for more quality hangers. They boast the quality of their products on their site but I’m here to testify that what you can buy at discount retails who order products from China provide better quality products than the canvases from Taliored. I’m not impressed and I paid much less at Hobby Lobby for very similar canvases with much better hangers. I’ll have to find a way to get these cheaply made canvases from Tailored Canvases on my wall because they won’t stand by their “quality” products. They said since I put a wire to connect the two hangers, that I altered their product and they cannot be responsible. Their customer service is unacceptable and their products don’t hold much quality. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. It’s not worth it!

    2 Wall Art Canvases

    BUYER BEWARE! I saw Tailored Canvases online and purchased 2 canvases for an Airbnb I was furnishing. I had a deadline so I felt confident ordering from them because their website states “2 TO 4 DAYS SHIPPING.” The order date was 5/12 and I needed the artwork by 5/20 so that gave me plenty of time. Shipping confirmation date changed 3 different times and 1 canvas did arrived on 5/19. That day, I received notification that the 2nd canvas would arrive on 5/23. I emailed their “support” and they responded with AI answers that had absolutely nothing to do with my issue! Three times I received these useless responses. When I called and explained my situation about the other canvas and requested to cancel the order because it would not arrive on time, I was told that it would arrive on 5/23. The agent was extremely rude, unprofessional and did not offer any help! My only option now is to dispute the charge with my credit card. This company is a scam. FALSE ADVERTISING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Buy your canvases elsewhere.

    I would not buy from this company again. I ordered a wall art for my daughter for her bday on Jan 12th. When I realized that I didn't use my coupon, I ordered a second one with the coupon and called to cancel the first order. Weeks went by and I never received my order. I emailed them and called, apparently, they were confused on my order as I cancelled the first order, so they thought I didn't have an order, however when they looked up my account they could see two different orders placed, of which even the first one was not refunded yet. Months have now went by, several calls and emails made and I have not received my order. I never received my refund from my first order either so I had to call and have my card refunded myself. I am still waiting on my order and have not received my refund for my second order, but I receive emails all the time with them asking me if I am interested in additional items and when I respond regarding my issue, I get nothing. I swear it made me think this is a fake company. You never know anymore.

    I bought a canvas art for my wife. The words/saying was very powerful on marriage. The price I thought was high bit I really liked the message. When I received the product the quality of the peint was not worth what I paid. You could see the pixels of the printing

    I called customer service. The company was responsive and polite and said that they would remake. The remake took over a month to receive but it is Christmas time so ....

    The remake is still not worth the $80 I was charged. I do not have a complaint on the service I received other than the product they promote looks cheap and is not worth the money

    Would not recommend thie products from this company

    I ordered a custom painting on 12/10 that according to their website would be to me before Christmas. Received proof few days later, of which I asked about possibly getting a larger portrait, it then immediately followed back up with an approval on the original, as I knew being the holidays it may delay the process. On around 12/18 when I still had no shipping info I called and was told it was in production, and should be getting ready to ship out any moment. I raised the concern of it being delivered in time for Christmas, and was assured they were gonna send it expedited shipping to make sure it was received in time. And 1219 I received a shipping confirmation, but to my dismay when I opened the tracking info, I found that it was sent via ground and would not arrive until 12/29. At this point, I immediately contact with him, because the package had actually not left the warehouse or wherever they ship them from, as only the label was created according to UPS. Spoke with a young lady, explain the situation again of which they do keep very detailed notes, so she was fully aware of the fact I was promised expedited shipping. I asked her to re-create a label with the expedited shipping and she said she would see what she would do and Sammut contact me back. of course, that never happened and then it was shipped out and there was nothing they could do it that. I have subsequently now asked for a refund on multiple occasions and just keep being told that only a manager can approve that and no one is available and after 12 phone calls and five emails and it is now December 28 I still have yet to receive a phone call from the manager to process my refund. They did, of course offer me 10% off my next order . I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and that still did not trigger as much as a phone call. I think this company is 100% a scam. They claim to be located in the US and Colorado but I just don’t believe that I do believe this company is from overseas.

    The whole ordering experience was pretty much horrific. Started off emailing the incorrect email address; therefore, I never got a confirmation email on my order if I wanted to make any changes. Finally, I got one of their smart aleck customer service representatives to finally listen to me and find my order. Unfortunately, when they show you their sizing online, it is very inaccurate to say the least. I was beside myself! In their photos, this should've almost been the length of a love seat. Wrong! Then, the photo was delivered to the wrong address. We had to knock on every apartment door to find our package. I would stay away from this company, as the whole ordering process is pretty horrific.

    BUYER BEWARE.I thought I would order from a american company that i could trust, I was wrong. I ordered a Canvas in May. I ordered ONE canvas, Yet my credit card was charged twice. Tailored canvas said that there was only ONE order under my name or Email but could not explain why i was charged twice. After many emails and phone calls they still have not given me a answer and REFUSE to refund my hard earned Money. I guess the customer is always right does not apply to Tailored canvases.
    They are a very Dishonest company

    BUYER BEWARE, VERY DISHONEST COMPANY...I wanted to buy a custom canvas for my friends new basement bar. Did everything online and was told i would receive a Email confirmation to confirm the atrwork in a few days. A week later and no confirmation. I called and was told there is NO order under my name or Email. They assured me they could not find ANYTHING. I reordered same canavs and recieved a confirmation email, Great all good i thought. I then noticed on my Credit card statement i was charged twice. I then received 2 identical canvases . I clearry do not need 2 identical canvases. And of course I can not return it since it is custom.I called again and was told again that they can not find any other order. I asked if there is no order they can find HOW was i charged twice. This has been going on since April with still no refund. I guess the customer is always right does not apply to them. BUYER BEWARE.

    I usually don’t write a review but I am just so disappointed. I saw this on line several times, wondered if it could be as cool as it looked. Struggled for days thinking it was a scam, finally ordered it. It’s a scam. The first picture is what they give you for reference when ordering. The second is the canvas, it wasn’t much ... than a keyboard.

    The said part is I would have gladly paid for the biggest ones I could get but based on their reference it was huge. I am so disappointed. I called customer service, he stated they get this complaint all the time but there is a true reference picture in the picture gallery, as if I should have known to not trust the reference picture they put right in front of my face.

    This is why I only shop at Hobby Lobby. Don’t waste your money here it’s a big scam

    I placed the order over 2 weeks ago as a gift. I didn’t hear back regarding tracking information so I called the company. I was told that it was still in production and I should have a tracking number soon. I the. Waited another week and called. The rude person I spoke to told me that the person I previously spoke with made a mistake that it was not in production. I asked to speak with a manager to get more information and he said to me “we work remote because of covid and we don’t have managers that I can transfer you to”. I found this to be odd since I work from home and if a manager is needed I could transfer a person to them. He said he would call me back and he did and he said that they had the wrong address because it was missing a apt number. It’s a house and the house is newly constructed. If there was an issue with the address why wasn’t I told that when I asked for an update. He then told me he would have someone call me on the next day. No one ever called. I called today and spoke to a lady named Gwen she said that it was also still in production. She said she would call me back in 1 hour and she said she would put me on hold for a manager. I waited over an hour for the “manager” to pick up. I hung up and called back. Jim answered he was so rude again telling me there is not manager available. He would not let me talk yelling at me and talking over me. i asked for a refund he said that the item had been tried to be delivered but the address is wrong. Mind you i confirmed 4 times and other items have been delivered. So in a matter of 2 days they tried to deliver it 3 times? He said they could not give me a refund.

    I normally don't write reviews but this was to good to be true. I purchased a Canvas with our family name on it along with describing words like, " blessed grateful and Thankful. Thomas family is in the color red. It is beautiful and I am so pleased.The Company showed me a preview of how it would look. The picture online did not do the real picture justice.

    They sent the Canvas via UPS and it was packaged perfectly as not to damage it. I received it in a timely manner and the pricing was right too. I am now a Customer for life!
