    Flexible and Healthy Meal Options

    The meal options from this service are really good - they have a lot of variety and the best part is that they're healthy. I do wish they had more vegetable choices on the menu, but it's nice that you can order as much or as little as you need. The people who work in customer service know their stuff and are always friendly, which makes ordering really easy.     Unfulfilled order

    I bought something from this place but my order never showed up. They said they shipped it, but I never got it. When I asked for the tracking number, they were no help and wouldn't give it to me. It's annoying dealing with a company that takes your money but doesn't come through on their part. It's been months and they still haven't fixed the problem.

    I was so pumped to get my order, but man, was I let down when the product came all messed up. Dropping $118 on something that doesn't even work is beyond annoying, but what really got me was how unhelpful customer service was. Instead of fixing the problem, they basically said, "Not our problem, go deal with the manufacturer." Now I'm not only out of some cash, but I have to jump through hoops just to get it fixed or replaced. Talk about a total letdown.

    This online store is a total nightmare to deal with! Their customer service is just terrible - nobody ever picks up the phone and it takes forever to get a response. Plus, when you try to return something, they come up with all sorts of ridiculous excuses to deny it, even if you send it back right away. And let me tell you about the gift card mess - they promised one amount and then randomly changed it without even saying why. Something shady is definitely going on with this place.

    Stunning dress

    I recently bought this gorgeous dress that I thought was perfect because it was lined really well and long enough for me to wear with heels. But there was one thing that disappointed me - the top of the dress. In the pictures, it looked like it had a V-neck, but when I got it, I saw that it was actually a surplice neckline. And to make matters worse, the surplice wasn't lined up right, so it looked off. Plus, there were only one loop on each side of the back where the ties crossed, which I thought wasn't enough coverage, especially for women with a bigger bust. The dress was beautiful overall and I really wanted to love it, but the weird top design issue made me return it.

    2 Wall Art Canvases

    BUYER BEWARE! I saw Tailored Canvases online and purchased 2 canvases for an Airbnb I was furnishing. I had a deadline so I felt confident ordering from them because their website states “2 TO 4 DAYS SHIPPING.” The order date was 5/12 and I needed the artwork by 5/20 so that gave me plenty of time. Shipping confirmation date changed 3 different times and 1 canvas did arrived on 5/19. That day, I received notification that the 2nd canvas would arrive on 5/23. I emailed their “support” and they responded with AI answers that had absolutely nothing to do with my issue! Three times I received these useless responses. When I called and explained my situation about the other canvas and requested to cancel the order because it would not arrive on time, I was told that it would arrive on 5/23. The agent was extremely rude, unprofessional and did not offer any help! My only option now is to dispute the charge with my credit card. This company is a scam. FALSE ADVERTISING AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Buy your canvases elsewhere.

    Mens winter hats with earneck flap

    Purchased items via online Wal-Mart black friday special. Was excited to say the least that I found these for the price I did and they were in stock (no out of stock listed), Come to find out, seems when they say it seems too good to be true, it probably is....yep. Wal-Mart on my end has been contacted twice. So far, shipment tracking still lists 22 1/2 days later "shipped" but Franklin, IL says "awaiiting shipment". I think I'm going to wind up eating this. During this economy, no one wants to hear/know this. SCAM so far.

    Loved these bars at first then they got nasty. I can hardly get it down. Not sure what’s happened. The puffs yuk! Unless you like marshmallows then you might like them. I got the banana- mistake don’t like so not going to try any others. Can’t understand why I can’t eat them anymore. Glenn Beck—- you can have-’em!!!

    I visited target optical and purchased a pair of glasses. After insurance, I paid the balance of $262.00. I did not purchase the extra insurance. After 3 months, I noticed iridescent specs on my lenses. I think the coating was defective. I tried to return them, but I was offered no help because I didn’t buy that insurance. What happened to standing behind a product? The customer service was awful!!! I will not return!! Be warned!

    No email off the company only off PayPal no way of tracking the order. I would never order off them ever again not a trusted website!!

    Hi this has been going on for so long. We have had back and forth email regarding this order and I tried contacting you over the phone but no phone number available. Now I spoke with you over email and said to ask usps. Then you said to file a complaint which I did and sent to you. Then you still keep on ignoring my email and say the same thing repeatedly like a broken record. Some bots responding automatically. I need this to be taken care and is very frustrated. I ordered these items on January 8th 2021 and it has been almost 4 months. Nothing is resolved. I will file a complaint with BBB regarding this so it will come to your attention.     2 dresses

    I ordered 2 dresses using the afterpay option. I got a shipping notification but so no change in tracking for several days. I contacted support and the lack of follow-up on their part was disgusting. No offers to try to make it right. I cannot submit a claim to UPS because I am not the shipper. They have offered no refunds and have given no insight into what their process is for resolving the situation. UPS is investigating what happened to package so now I am out the $ since I can't file the claim with UPS. I work in logistics. The fact that they are not following up is truly staggering and some seriously bullshit laziness on their part. I emailed UPS about package and that's the only reason they even started investigating.
    I was told that coedition never contacted them about the whereabouts of the package. I received emails from someone named Bianca with no headers or contact info beyond the email like it was some bootleg operation. A super shitty experience. Never again.

    Debbie Auer, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. They will investigate, based on information you provide. During investigation the will CHARGE BACK your credit card the amount paid. You can do this for Debit and credit cards.

    I feel so sorry for businesses that have to deal with this type of feedback from miserable Karens! You expect immediate resolutions when somethings actually take a little time to resolve it’s unfortunate but that’s the nature of drop shipping if you don’t like it then go to the store or better yet buy only from Amazon prime and let them deal with your Karen-ness. Try volunteering for a nonprofit or a charity - Your attitude needs an adjustment!

    Teresa, totally agree! I had a dress in my cart and I’m abandoning it. That troll ruined the sale. I’m also convinced that they are associated with the company somehow.

    If I could give no stars for Service and Delivery I would .but the system wouldn’t allow me to do that, wouldn’t even let me leave 1star. Hence the2 stars, grudgingly. Like the reviews from Lisa and Katherine Rider my experience with Couture Look is the same. I placed my first order on 5/9 and have yet to receive my order. On 5/25; I placed another order for 2 additional swimsuits because the deal was really good. I have yet to receive these items also. I was however charged right away so that being said as quickly as the money came out of my account I would except my items shipped out just as quickly. I received emails on 5/20, 5/30 and 6/6 letting me know my items were on the way. I was given tracking #’s for all 3 orders however when you click the tracking # it says the tracking # is not valid. On 5/11, I received an email from a Jessica thanking me for my recent purchase from her store. Her email stated if I had any questions or if there was anything she could help me with to please reach out to her without hesitation. I emailed Jessica and the customer service website twice and have yet to receive a response in regards to my orders. I understand during this pandemic that times are hard and people have been laid off however orders should not have been taken if they couldn’t fulfill their commitment. I only ordered from this company because the deal was listed on Brad’s Deals. I will never order from this company again and will be contacting Brad’s Deals about the company they are recommending-
