White crystal gold rose purchase
I recently got this white crystal gold rose from JoyBuy. I ordered it on Walmart's website for like ten bucks just before Mother's Day. The delivery was already pushing it time-wise, but I was keeping my fingers crossed. But, surprise, surprise - it ended up in Westport, MA instead of Ohio like it was supposed to. Now I'm scrambling to get this sorted out because it's a huge hassle. I'm hoping they can fix it fast, so I can either get the rose I wanted or a refund to get my mom a gift that will actually show up when it's supposed to.
Portable charger purchase
I bought a portable charger from this website, and it came damaged, which really bummed me out. I contacted customer service via email, but all I got was 10 emails going back and forth with no solution in sight. Dealing with their unhelpful service was beyond aggravating. It's obvious to me that this company shouldn't be selling on big sites like Walmart, even with their big parent company backing them. I recommend leaving them a 1-star review - there's more negative feedback than positive, so hopefully, it'll stop others from buying from them in the future.
Fake products received
This company is honestly such a joke. I thought I was ordering some top-notch headphones, but what they sent me was basically a cheap imitation that barely functioned. I can't believe they have the nerve to think they can just pass off fake stuff like that. And on top of it all, their customer service is a total joke. I tried reaching out to them several times about the problem and didn't even get a single reply. It's obvious they don't really care about their customers, they just want to grab your cash and disappear.
Set of ladybug squishies
I got some ladybug squishies from JoyBuy, but man, it wasn't a great time. It took forever for my order to show up, and when it finally did, I only got two squishies instead of the dozen I was promised. To make things worse, one of the squishies was all messed up and gross. When I contacted JoyBuy about it, they tried to blame it on some other site and at first didn't want to send me the rest of my order. I had to threaten to go off and report them to Walmart and the BBB before they agreed to give me a full refund. And get this, they even took down my review on Walmart's website and put up a new one under a different name! Now, I can't even warn others about my bad experience. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend shopping with JoyBuy. They're just not reliable or trustworthy.

I just bought some headphones from this website, and I gotta be honest, I was really let down by the whole thing. They didn't even have the product in stock, but they still took my money. I didn't find out about this until a few days before Christmas, when I had to reach out and ask about my order. It was super frustrating not knowing what was going on, and it definitely made shopping with them a lot less enjoyable. I was really disappointed and annoyed by the delay and the fact that they didn't keep me in the loop.

I recently made a purchase from this website, and let me just say, it was a total disaster. Their customer service is awful. If you have any issues with your order, forget about getting any assistance. Plus, their prices are way too steep for the quality of the products. You can easily find the same items for much cheaper on other websites. And let's not even talk about the delivery process - it took forever for my order to arrive. I was on pins and needles waiting for my new toys and electronics to finally show up in my mailbox!
Electric shaver head replacements
I recently bought some electric shaver head replacements from JoyBuy, but my experience hasn't been great. I placed my order on October 12th, with an estimated delivery window of October 24-28. The product was shipped out according to the tracking info, but it never showed up. When I reached out to customer service in mid-November, they told me my shipment had somehow gotten "lost" in transit. The customer service rep said I could either get a refund or place a new order. Given the situation, I chose a refund and I'm still waiting for it to get sorted out. Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication from JoyBuy has left me feeling pretty disappointed with this whole purchase.

OMG, I just got the most amazing stuff from JoyBuy! I ordered some really cool items and they arrived right on time. The packaging was a little torn, but the items inside were in perfect condition! I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping here again.
Electronic gadget
I bought this electronic thing from an online store not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a real hassle. It took forever to get to me, and when it finally did, it went to the wrong address all the way in another state. Trying to get help from customer service was a nightmare - they seemed totally clueless about what was going on. It took me way too many tries to finally get it sorted out, and it was a huge waste of time. The whole experience was just a mess, plain and simple.

I just bought one of those forehead thermometer things from JoyBuy, and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. The thing was a total dud and didn't even work right. The readings were all over the place, so I had to get a new one from a better store. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it was late, and trying to talk to customer service about it was a joke. This whole thing has been a total disaster, definitely one of my worst shopping experiences.

Christmas gift for my daughter
I ordered my daughter's Christmas gift over a month ago and I haven't heard anything since. The status of my order keeps going back and forth between "processing" and "cancelled" without any reasons why. I haven't gotten any messages from them and I still haven't gotten my money back. Are they not taking their jobs seriously or do they just like making customers frustrated? Maybe the CEO has better things to do than worry about keeping customers happy.
Lily pipes from JoyBuy
I just bought 2 lily pipes from this online store called JoyBuy in China. But man, I waited 2 weeks and got sent totally different pipes that weren't even the right ones. When I tried to get a refund, their customer service gave me a hard time and I ended up not getting my money back. It's frustrating how these companies care more about making money than making their customers happy.
Ice maker purchase
I bought an ice maker from JoyBuy and it was awesome at first. But then before the warranty was even up, it stopped working. I reached out to JoyBuy, Walmart, and the manufacturer, but they all just gave me the runaround. It's really disappointing to shell out money for something and then not get any support when it craps out. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this piece of junk!
Aquatic plant seeds
The description for the aquatic plant seeds I ordered was kind of wrong. The pictures showed the plants with a glass bowl inside an aquarium, but the description said it was an aquatic plant with a 7cm glass bowl. I thought I was getting plants and the glass bowl, but I only got the bowl with no seeds. It was disappointing to see the difference between what was described and what I actually got.
Junk electronic device
I got this electronic thingamajig from an online store and man, what a disaster! It seriously looks like they just threw a bunch of random parts together and called it a product. And when I tried to send it back, they totally ripped me off by selling my email. Now my inbox is flooded with junk every day. It's so frustrating and I wish I never bought from them. Walmart really needs to stop partnering with sketchy vendors like that!

Joybuy is the worst, bought mini roses, 4 packages, they only sent 1 and it was damaged and missing a lot of the pieces, what was in package was garbage, poor cheap quality, and they are harassing and wont refund, DONT BUY FROM JOYBUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Ingrown Toe Nail liquid 3 package
The product is great. Worked immediately on my husband's ingrown toenail. However, the shipping process and delivery date was very poor shipping through the USPS is very unreliable. My package was shipped from CA ended up in Las Vegas and then sent back to San Francisco to be shipped to Ohio. If it would have been shipped any other way than USPS, I would give a higher star quality. I hope that they reevaluate shipping through the USPS.
Mens winter hats with earneck flap
Purchased items via online Wal-Mart black friday special. Was excited to say the least that I found these for the price I did and they were in stock (no out of stock listed), Come to find out, seems when they say it seems too good to be true, it probably is....yep. Wal-Mart on my end has been contacted twice. So far, shipment tracking still lists 22 1/2 days later "shipped" but Franklin, IL says "awaiiting shipment". I think I'm going to wind up eating this. During this economy, no one wants to hear/know this. SCAM so far.
