Never shipped out item. Created shipping label right away to appear as if item shipped but after 6 weeks the postal service says never received item. Would never purchase from Joybuy again. If what you are ordering is something you really want or need, then buy elsewhere. You've been warned.

It's been 16 days and the carrier hasn't even received my package! Maybe some day I'll get it but it's got to be shipped first

Knot pillow
I ordered this item 4 weeks before christmas and it still has not arrived. Everytime I checked the tracking history it was vague, not much detail. Also the package went in the wrong direction. I live in boston, the package was in boston, then a few days later it wound up in kentucky???

Ordered on Dec. 2nd STILL NO PRODUCT!!! BABYS FIRST CHRISTMAS AND MANY ITEMS MISSING!!!!! 7 outfits to be exact!! I track EVERYTHING from order to door step delevery!!!! The product NEVER LEFT the facility!!! Called many time, and was reassured that it was a processing error and the delivery WOULD BE ON TIME!!!!! Here I sit Christmas Eve and NO BABYS FIST CHRISTMAS OUTFIT!!!!! I will review your company and product a BIG FAT ZERO!!!! I have NEVER ben so DISAPPOINTED in my life!!!!! Kids Pajama Sets and Robe
Order placed before Thanksgiving with expected delivery in 2 weeks. Joybuy cancelled my robe order and the pajama sets have been in NJ (I'm in NC) since 12/4/20. Because it "shipped", I can't cancel or be refunded my money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND WALMART SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
Womans winter coat
This company has honesty issues on the shipping & tracking info that is sent to the buyer. I placed placed my order in November & the last tracking info i got was on Dec 13th stating the pkg was in Anaheim Ca. Its being shipped to Arizona 1 State away! I should have read the the reviews on this company before I placed this order. I understand that shipping is a bit slow during the holidays & Pandemic. Joybuy is a scam. I purchased, through Walmart, ice scrapers for Christmas gifts. That was Nov 30, 2020. Stay away from this fraud. Luckily, I’m not losing much dollar-wise, but it does take some more civility out of this culture. Joybuy is located in Hong Kong. Walmart should drop these losers asap.

purchased from walmart.com--Item arrived early than expected--opened box and immediately noticed missing parts 4 to be exact-- hooked up--filled tank with fuel-- machine to check operation--control pad shows E-01--no codes in operator manual to explain--will not turn on---will not run--called mfg VEVO number--no answer--called JOYBUY----dead line---what a rip-off--- I have from Walmart a return label but can't ship fuel tank back but they can have everything else back excluding parts that were not in the box, They sent me a hacked kit to begin with I advise to do no business with VEVO and JOYBUY never trust these people-

This seller is a third party seller on Walmart.com. I ordered my goods through Walmart (Second package). The first package which was pack n plays for a company and half way through the delivery process the order was cancelled as the supplier (Joy Buy) was unable to fulfill the order. Without notice, attempt to reconcile. Just cancelled. This was not a personal order, but corporate in which we supply the community with needed resources. Second order was the thermometers. Delivery made by USPS after it had been delayed. Received the package and to my surprised there were oven mitts inside.... was not certain who it came from as the package did not indicate Joybus or Walmart; after multiple tracking numbers investigated it was reveled that this was my order however not even close to what I ordered. Contacted seller. "we feel sorry for the inconvenience, we have contacted the appropriate department to resolve the matter, we will contact you within 48 hrs" 48 hrs later.... radio silence. Returned the item via Walmart portal and they issued a refund with the note that I could keep the items, donate or discard. What a counter productive relationship in which you constantly have to refund or resolve issues because the partnership with a third party continues to dissolve your global brand! If at all possible I will never invest in this brand again.

I am losing faith in Walmart and am beginning to believe all the negative things I hear about them. Now I have to print a label and go to FedX to return....my state is on strict stay at home orders!!!! This really sucks....shame on Walmart for having them on their site!!!!Website says they have 4.2 out of four stars....SURE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE IN LINE WITH REVIEWS I HAVE READ! 2020 Portable Foldable Pool
I have been searching for an inflatable pool for several weeks. I can only assume that covid 19 has had a huge impact on many products one of which is inflatable pools. Not only is it almost impossible to find one, the prices have become astronomical. I was very happy to find an inflatable pool at joybuy.com through the walmart website.
If I had anything negative to say it's the time it took to receive my order, however, I knew when I ordered it how long it was going to take to arrive. In fact it arrived two days earlier than expected.
The pool itself appears to be well made and I think will be easy to inflate and deflate because it has a dual valve which allows for easy deflation but also has a secondary valve to keep the air in when inflating the pool.
I had an issue with the size of the pool I received. I reached out to the seller and even on the weekend received several responses followed by a very satisfactory resolution to my complaint.
If I were to be in need of other products available through joybuy.com, I would have no problem ordering from them again as long as the pricing was competitive with the local market.Don't buy from them! Some kind of way they have a way to sell via Walmart when I got my item it arrived all beat up and out of the box. When I contacted them they didn't respond. I should have read the mostly awful reviews on Walmart.com. I feel duped.
Travel Mirror
Like many others I purchased this through Walmart site. I waited two weeks to get my “travel mirror”. Was anti-fog which is what I wanted for use in my shower. This “mirror” was not a mirror. It was a thin piece of cardboard with some type of a foil ( the dull side being the mirror). So fuzzy I had to look inside the packaging material to see if I missed the mirror part. What a joke! Then I sent feedback to them evidence of what I received and had to send them photos. This was $7.81. I have now ordered a real mirror from Target for $6.99. I doubt if I will get any resolution but my advice is to never buy any product from them. Read the reviews others have submitted and save your money and time.
By the way, I didn’t have a choice on the number of stars. Would have given none but it is a required field and was not allowed to give one star but forced to give two. Does that tell you anything?Two Key rings through walmart.com
