I'm not a big online shopper because I'm afraid of being ripped off. I got ripped off before from a company based out of china, if i had known this company was based in china i would not have placed my order. i have been waiting for my item going on four week. when i go on line to check the tracking all i get is delayed. i will not shop Walmart on line any more.
Poly gel nail kit
I ordered this product weeks ago I was supposed to have it on thursday it never came I still dont have the kit I have emailed Joybuy 3 times and never recieved an email back and the tracking number they provided me is invalid... I will never again buy from them.
n-95 Masks
The ordering was easy and pricing was fair. Delivery was to be 4-12 days. It's been 2 months and I'm still waiting for my masks which as far as I can tell have not left Hong Kong. Unfortunately, when things go wrong with JoyBuy your only recourse is to work through your credit card company and get your money back. This morning JoyBuy emailed me to just go to my local post office and try to find it! That's their idea of arbitration when you show them the product never left Hong Kong. NEVER AGAIN!!!
50/100pcs Plastic Gloves
I purchased the 50/100pcs Plastic Gloves & they are are a joke!!! First of all it took almost a month to receive them & I understand with current circumstances why but believe me they were not worth the wait!! They are the flimsiest gloves I have ever seen. I think Saran Wrap would probably work better. They barely come up to your wrists. The gloves you get in hair coloring are better than these. I should have checked the company out better but since it was thru Walmart, I was lax!!! I WILL NOT buy from them again!!! If I could give no stars I would instead of even one!!! I gave ordering 5 stars because it was thru Walmart & it was easy to order, it was what followed that was a nightmare!!! It was a waste of $8!!!
Slim gold mouse for laptop
I have no tracking info for 4 days now. Noone is responding to my emails. Says being delivered USPS but my tracking number isn't a valid USPS number. Waiting to see if I receive my item or not.

Supposedly my purchase is stuck at the post office. No idea where. No help when emailing or calling. Did not realize I was buying from another country.

Per tracking #, it is located in a post office in an entirely different city. Emailed co. 3-4 times and made several phone calls. To date (6 weeks later), I have not received merchandise/refund.

THESE PEOPLE ROBBED ME. I PAID THROUGH WALMART AND JOYBUY NEVER DELIVERED MY ITEMS OR REFUND ME MY MONEY. I CONTACTED THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE ALREADY AND THE BEST BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL.
THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM. BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT PEOPLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
