The product is great. Worked immediately on my husband's ingrown toenail. However, the shipping process and delivery date was very poor shipping through the USPS is very unreliable. My package was shipped from CA ended up in Las Vegas and then sent back to San Francisco to be shipped to Ohio. If it would have been shipped any other way than USPS, I would give a higher star quality. I hope that they reevaluate shipping through the USPS.
Mens winter hats with earneck flap
Purchased items via online Wal-Mart black friday special. Was excited to say the least that I found these for the price I did and they were in stock (no out of stock listed), Come to find out, seems when they say it seems too good to be true, it probably is....yep. Wal-Mart on my end has been contacted twice. So far, shipment tracking still lists 22 1/2 days later "shipped" but Franklin, IL says "awaiiting shipment". I think I'm going to wind up eating this. During this economy, no one wants to hear/know this. SCAM so far.

I ordered a hamik with a stand and pillow but they mismarked the price to 50 dollars instead of 100 and now they wont send the stand or pillow
cami bras
I purchased several of these cami bras from this company via Walmart. I looked at them quick and put them away. Yesterday I took that out to organize and I realized they were all smalls. I ordered XL as I like them to fit loose. I contacted the company because they clearly sent me smalls when my order says XL. They will do nothing for me.
I wish I would have read the reviews first as it seems everyone complains about being sent the wrong items. My advice is buy from someone else.Winter dog coat
Ended up ordering three coats trying to get the right size. Still ended up with only one fitting but still does not have the room it should have. Their sizing charge is not accurate and there is not way a large dog could wear this coat. I have small dogs and a medium was still almost to small.

I ordered Feb 4, 2021. I got an email it was sent out the 5th, with the tracking number, to arrive the 18th. The 18th came..no product. I checked my email again. It said it got delayed because of the freak snow storm we had in Texas. It was shipped out the 19th.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They issued a shipping notice within hours of my order being placed. Thirteen days later, the product has still not shipped. They finally put a "delayed" notice on my order (wasn't done until I contacted them via e:mail which is the only way available) and I'm sure they're going to blame the weather. However, as stated, the shipping notice was issued days ago and product supposedly sat for 13 days; weather was not the issue. My belief is they generated a shipping notice but never packaged the product. I would like to cancel the order, but there's no way to do so . . . even if it's their fault. Additionally, I have never received a reply (they advise a reply will be generated within 48 hours) to my initial e:mail requesting an explanation. I found out the product was delayed when I looked at my order. I am contacting my credit card company and advising I haven't received the product. It is definitely NOT a JOY to Buy from Joybuy!

2 500 piece puzzles
These puzzles are horrible - the first one had many broken pieces that I tried to glue together - I returned this one to Walmart - the second one one missing piece and a duplicate of another piece - the quality is terrible - very flimsy - I will never buy from this company again
Petit cat fountain filters
Never shipped out item. Created shipping label right away to appear as if item shipped but after 6 weeks the postal service says never received item. Would never purchase from Joybuy again. If what you are ordering is something you really want or need, then buy elsewhere. You've been warned.

I ordered this item 4 weeks before christmas and it still has not arrived. Everytime I checked the tracking history it was vague, not much detail. Also the package went in the wrong direction. I live in boston, the package was in boston, then a few days later it wound up in kentucky???

Ordered on Dec. 2nd STILL NO PRODUCT!!! BABYS FIRST CHRISTMAS AND MANY ITEMS MISSING!!!!! 7 outfits to be exact!! I track EVERYTHING from order to door step delevery!!!! Kids Pajama Sets and Robe
Order placed before Thanksgiving with expected delivery in 2 weeks. Joybuy cancelled my robe order and the pajama sets have been in NJ (I'm in NC) since 12/4/20. Because it "shipped", I can't cancel or be refunded my money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND WALMART SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

This company has honesty issues on the shipping & tracking info that is sent to the buyer. I placed placed my order in November & the last tracking info i got was on Dec 13th stating the pkg was in Anaheim Ca. Its being shipped to Arizona 1 State away! I should have read the the reviews on this company before I placed this order. I understand that shipping is a bit slow during the holidays & Pandemic. Joybuy is a scam. I purchased, through Walmart, ice scrapers for Christmas gifts. That was Nov 30, 2020. Stay away from this fraud. Luckily, I’m not losing much dollar-wise, but it does take some more civility out of this culture. Joybuy is located in Hong Kong. Walmart should drop these losers asap.
