Electric shaver head replacements
I recently bought some electric shaver head replacements from JoyBuy, but my experience hasn't been great. I placed my order on October 12th, with an estimated delivery window of October 24-28. The product was shipped out according to the tracking info, but it never showed up. When I reached out to customer service in mid-November, they told me my shipment had somehow gotten "lost" in transit. The customer service rep said I could either get a refund or place a new order. Given the situation, I chose a refund and I'm still waiting for it to get sorted out. Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication from JoyBuy has left me feeling pretty disappointed with this whole purchase.

Insurance policy for my phone
Oh my gosh, setting up my phone insurance policy was a complete nightmare! I couldn't even log into my account at first and then had to wait around for a link that didn't even work. When I tried to talk to the online help bot, that link failed too! So frustrating! I ended up having to call customer service, waited on hold forever, and then the agent kept going offline every time I tried to answer a question. It was endless frustration! Just when I thought I had everything sorted, I got disconnected before finalizing anything. Ugh, I am never doing that again!

Most comfortable flats
Oh man, have you ever tried on those shoes that feel like you're floating on air? Well, that's exactly how I'd sum up these flats. They fit like a dream, super comfy, and the customer service is just fantastic. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, but once I returned the first pair, they hooked me up with a new one right away. And get this- they even refunded me for the shipping! I'm now the proud owner of 3 different styles of these flats, and let me tell you, they are totally worth the price.
