Bracelet and necklace set
I recently bought a bracelet and necklace set from this company, and man, what a letdown. I ordered it on May 1st, and the tracking info hasn't budged since May 5th. Supposed to get it on the 10th, but now who knows when it'll show up. The lack of updates and communication is driving me crazy. Seeing all those bad reviews online with the same problem has me second-guessing my choice to buy from here. And their customer service is MIA, not helping at all. This whole thing has left me super unhappy. Next time, I'll definitely be thinking twice before hitting that "buy" button.
