Cosplay costume order
I just got a cosplay costume and it was way better than I expected! Even though I'm in Italy, it showed up pretty quickly which was awesome. The company did a great job with making sure it fit perfectly based on my measurements. I'm really happy with how everything turned out, it was even better than I thought it would be. I'd totally suggest this company if you want a top-notch cosplay outfit.

Faulty product
I received a faulty product back in early April, and it just wasn't working out for me. I decided to contact their support team on April 25th to see about getting a return. Initially, they responded pretty quickly, but when I mentioned wanting to return the product, they stopped responding altogether. I've tried emailing them three more times since then, but I haven't heard anything back. It seems like their so-called "return" policy is more like a tactic to avoid dealing with customer requests until it's too late to return the item.

Do not go here! I ordered three dresses, and it was a total disaster. The dresses did not look like the pictures online, the material was way too thin, and it took three weeks for them to arrive.
