Subscription food delivery
I tried out this food delivery service that you can subscribe to, and I was really looking forward to exploring all the different types of food they offered. The idea of getting fresh food delivered each week seemed like a great idea, even though it was a bit more expensive. Unfortunately, my experience with ordering and getting the food delivered wasn't as great as I hoped. The website had a bunch of problems, so it was tricky to find what I wanted and place my order. There wasn't even a scroll bar, so I had to use those annoying arrow keys to move around the page, which got old fast. Some of the food I got was expired, which was pretty concerning since it was supposed to be fresh. Plus, I didn't get any emails to confirm my orders or remind me about them, which made it harder to keep track of everything with my busy work schedule. In the end, even though I liked the food choices, the whole ordering process could definitely use some improvements.
Wasted money, stock substitutions, bad food, and poor service
I was really let down by my visit to that place. They went ahead and switched up my order without even letting me know, and on top of that, they swapped out the cheaper items I ordered for more expensive ones without asking me. The food wasn't great either, and the service was so unfriendly and unhelpful. All in all, it was just a complete waste of my time and money.
Late shipment, bad baby food, unreliable customer service
My experience with this online food service was really disappointing. I had high hopes when I placed my first order, but it ended up arriving way later than expected. This meant that the baby food inside was no longer good to give to my little one. I reached out to their customer service hoping to fix things, but all they could offer was a credit back. The problem was I needed the food for my baby right away. They told me the food package I needed was sold out. How can a company say they help parents when they can't even get orders right? The whole thing was a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.
Second baby using their products
I am loving not having to worry about what to feed my little one. This is the second baby I've given these products to, and they have liked every flavor they've tried so far.
Variety of baby food items
The baby food section at the store is pretty good, but I was bummed to find out they didn't have the purées and bites anymore. I was really excited to get those for my little one as a new parent. Still, I managed to find some other stuff that will be good for my baby's growth and health.
Variety of Bites
The shipping at this place has been getting worse. At first, I always got my order on Monday, but then it started coming on Tuesdays. Now, I don't know when it's going to show up. It's so frustrating for a customer and makes it hard to plan meals. And the food quality is all over the place too. Sometimes it's too soupy, other times it's too solid. I tried the bites once and they were mushy and watery, which was a letdown.
Overpriced, watery purees
The purees sucked, they were all runny and the bites came all smushed up. The customer service was so bad, and even my little one, who usually eats anything, didn't enjoy the food. I really regret not switching to a different company earlier.
Month's order, glitchy website
This company is such a scam! I wanted to get a month's supply of food for my baby, but their website kept messing up and made it so hard to order. And to top it off, after only two weeks, my baby refused to eat the food, so I put the subscription on hold. Then out of nowhere, they sent me more food for the third week without even telling me. When I tried to talk to someone about it, the online chat person just brushed me off and ended the chat. It's such a rip-off! Total waste of money!
15mo toddler snacks
Dude, these snacks are amazing! My little bro is obsessed with them and eats them nonstop. Seriously, he can't get enough of every flavor! And as his big sis, I love that they have won a clean purity award. Not many brands can boast that.
First purchase
I got some food for my baby, but he didn't like it. Then we decided to cancel our subscription, but they kept charging us anyway. It was seriously annoying! After a lot of back and forth, they finally refunded some of the money, but not all of it. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare and the whole situation was just a huge mess.
Meal delivery
I was really excited to give this meal delivery service a try because they focus on fresh and healthy food. But, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment because their quality control is seriously lacking. Every time I got an order, there was either old food or broken seals. It's pretty alarming. For example, in my first delivery, one of the jars was already expired before I even got it, and a bunch of other jars had broken seals. I contacted customer service but never got a good explanation for these issues. The fact that they aren't being transparent about what's going on in their kitchen is concerning, and now I'm not sure if their products are really as fresh as they claim.
Baby food
I was really let down by the customer service here. I tried reaching out through emails, calls, and texts, but got no response at all about the problems I had with my order. It was annoying to keep getting emails asking for feedback on the service that I never even got. On top of that, the baby food I bought was not great - my baby wouldn't eat it, and a bunch of it spilled out of the container that was supposed to be sealed.
Food order
Ugh, my food was seriously disgusting. It arrived really late and the containers were all open and leaking. I was just like, "Gross, there's no way I'm eating this!" And then, the customer service was terrible. They were so unhelpful. They didn't even give me a proper refund, so I ended up losing money AND food. Not cool at all, man.
Last three orders - disappointed
I used to love this product so much, the taste was amazing. But the last few times I got it, it was like watered-down. Literally, there was so much water on top of each container! I tried mixing it, but it was still too watery. And the taste? Completely disappeared. My son won't even eat it now. I contacted customer service, and they basically told me it's supposed to be like that. A watered-down disaster that no one can eat. I had to cancel my subscription, and they better refund me some money. So disappointed.
Cereal bars for constipation relief
These cereal bars seriously saved my son from the worst constipation battles he's been stuck in for, like, a year. I tried everything under the sun with no luck until I stumbled upon these gems at a nearby store. Packed with 5 grams of fiber, they did the trick and even made potty training a breeze. We've now got a whole case on order straight from the company because he's obsessed with them.
Baby food subscription
The baby food is really top-notch, packed with protein, fiber, and veggies that my little one just can't get enough of. But man, oh man, the customer service at this company is a total mess. Lately, the food seems kinda watery, and I've received late deliveries, jars with broken seals, and products with no labels. Being a busy working parent, this whole situation is just super annoying and inconvenient.
Organic baby food purchase
I just tried out the organic baby food from this company and man, let me tell you, I was super impressed with the quality of the ingredients. It feels good knowing that my little one is getting all that fresh and healthy nutrition. Yumi is all about looking out for the well-being of their customers, especially the kiddos.
Toddler snacks
I've been having a tough time finding snacks with clean ingredients for my little one, but let me tell you, Yumi has totally changed the game for us. Those snacks are so tasty, and my daughter is obsessed with them! We first tried out their puffs, and now we're onto their snack bars. She always begs for more and even goes to get the box from the pantry herself. Yumi is definitely our top choice for toddler snacks, no doubt about it!
Satisfied with Yumi Baby Food
