Rental car experience
The rental car experience was a complete nightmare all the way through. The person helping us when we picked up the car was really rude and not helpful at all, which made the terms and conditions pretty confusing. It was a pain to add another driver, and there were so many documents we needed to provide, it felt like too much. And on top of that, trying to add insurance on the website was a real pain, adding even more stress and frustration.
