I recently became a customer at this online store and decided to buy some Japanese beauty products. I placed my order on Black Friday night and was pleasantly surprised when all 6 items showed up on Sunday night, just two days later. The online chat feature was super useful, and even though my purchase was small, I got a discount code email right after ordering. I contacted customer service to ask about using the discount, and they not only helped me but also gave me a refund for the price difference. I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled everything, and I got my refund right away. The whole experience was way better than other online stores I've used in the past, like YesStyle, where shipments can take up to 22 days. I'm really happy with my time shopping at this online store and definitely plan on buying more stuff in the future.

I've ordered a bunch of Japanese beauty products from this online store, and I gotta say, I've been really impressed every time. Grocery itself is a big section and everyone use at least one shop for daily products ,hardly seen anyone to change such sellers.I do not buy any other things as they are selling other then grocery items.Very punctual and deliveries never reported late due to any reason so far.Even some times delivery seen before given time.

I've been getting my dried and preserved foods from this place every year since 2021. They always have what I need and the prices are pretty good. When the pandemic hit, they sometimes ran out of stuff, but now they've got a nice variety. Their shipping is unbelievably quick, and everything always arrives intact. And get this - none of the food I've received has been expired!
Asian snack box purchase
I just bought this Asian snack box from an online store. It had a bunch of different snacks in there, even some delicate stuff like glass bottles. Surprisingly, everything made it to me in one piece, even though the packaging wasn't the greatest. I was really impressed with how quickly it got here, only took three days. They got my order right on the money too. I can't wait to dig into all these cool Asian snacks I got. The sweet potato Kit Kats were definitely my favorite. All in all, I had a good time buying from this store.

I recently bought some stuff on this website, mostly snacks, drinks, and a few beauty products. I was impressed by how quick the shipping was, my order showed up in just one day. The prices were fair, especially for the convenience of shopping online. Small candles
I would never purchase anything from this company again. Someone from Yamibuy is using my credit card. If you try and get ahold of of the company it is just a big run around. The other nunber rings and rings and goes to a busy signal. Crooks and scammers is all this is.
health care products
I placed an order yesterday and got an email which confirmed I would receive the order today. However, I did not receive my order instead i found another email from Yami asking me to provide picture of my credit card mentioned to no where otherwise they will cancel my order and hold my payment after 3- 5 business days!
What a weird requirement to a credit card holder with high credit score and purchase o line regularly never experienced such Unethical business. Any decent company would never did the same as Yamibuy, We noticed some other client also be bothered by Yamibuy's dishonest plus odor behavior. Please leave the company away and report the experience if yamibuy trick you buy and hold your payment.

Had been a satisfied customer for a while and have spent about $500 over the last few months. Yami was my preferred online retailer for Asian goods until this week. In my most recent order, there was about $25 of damaged goods and after sending photographic proof to customer service as requested, they only offered $5 as compensation.
Plan to be following up with PayPal to settle dispute.Expired Food
The free shipping was enticing, so purchased $80 worth of food and at least 1/2 the food was expired like Holly reported on her review. I left feedback to tell them about the mass amount of expired goods and didn't hear back. Wouldn't recommend or shop again.
