Summer surprise box
Man, this website is a mess! My package was way overdue and I had to keep bothering them for tracking info. Then, they had some tech issue and didn't ship my order for a whole month. Can you believe it? And when I asked for a refund, they were giving me a hard time. It's so frustrating! I've had it, I'm switching back to my old snack box from Universal Yums. Oh, and get this - they even tried to bribe me to take down my negative review! Ugh, definitely not dealing with them again!
Chocolate and chips variety
I loved this month's box so much! The variety of chocolate bars was amazing - everything from silky smooth milk chocolate to rich dark chocolate, perfect for all chocolate lovers. And the different kinds of chips were a fun surprise, each one with its own special flavor from different parts of the world. The quality of both the chocolate and chips was top-notch, and I had a great time trying out each one. It's clear that a lot of thought went into picking out a wide range of treats that highlight flavors from around the globe.
International snack subscription
I signed up for this international snack subscription service, but man, it's been a real headache. My boxes are always late, sometimes they don't even show up! And to top it off, the snacks inside are so repetitive, I'm just plain disappointed every time. It's really been a frustrating and overall crappy experience. I can't wait for this subscription to end, it's been a total waste of money. Oh, and get this - the customer service email they gave me to contact is the same one I've been trying to reach for ages. It seems like they just don't care at all. Honestly, this company is a letdown when it comes to cool subscription boxes.

I've been really let down by this subscription box service. Every month, my packages are late which is so annoying. And to top it off, when I tried to cancel before it renewed, they said no and now they won't give me a refund because it already renewed. This kind of shady business just doesn't sit right with me, so I won't be using their service again.

My experience with this subscription box company has been really disappointing. I keep getting the same stuff or just different flavors of the same thing, which feels like they're just trying to stuff the box instead of giving me a good variety. Plus, they don't seem to care about the countries I pick, which is a big bummer. One of the things that bugs me the most is the subscription renewing automatically, they didn't make that clear when I checked out. There's no way to cancel on the website, and I never get a heads up before they charge me again, so I end up stuck with more boxes. The items inside aren't even worth the price, I end up tossing things I don't even want. I can't wait for this subscription to be over.

I bought my sister a gift subscription for her graduation. She really loved it, especially since Covid messed up her travel plans. The products let her explore different cultures from home and feed her wanderlust. The customer service was amazing, they replied quickly and were super helpful.
Late delivery, common grocery store items
My box came late and when I finally opened it, I was bummed to see it was just stuff I could pick up at the regular grocery store like soup mix, ramen, salt, and chocolate chip cookies. The quality of what was inside wasn't great either. And to top it off, the box auto-renews into a subscription even if you only wanted a one-time thing. When I tried to cancel, they wouldn't give me a refund for the box that hadn't even shipped yet. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this service to anyone.

I just bought a gift and the customer service was top-notch! The person I talked to really went the extra mile to help me out. It's rare to find such good service these days, but not here! Company event snack order
I just ordered a bunch of snacks for a company event we held to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. I specifically asked for an Asian snack box, but sadly, more than half of the snacks in the box weren't even Asian. The guy we talked to, Benjamin, was not helpful at all and made us feel like we were crazy during our conversation. To sum it up, our experience with this company was awful. The snacks weren't good quality, and they just seemed cheap, definitely not something you'd want for a professional event. And to top it off, they acted unprofessionally on social media by blocking us on Instagram after we posted a negative review on one of their posts.
