Birthday chocolates surprise
I was freaking out because my wife's birthday present got delayed for a week, but I managed to save the day by ordering some chocolates real quick. The delivery came super fast, just in time to surprise her on her birthday. And let me tell you, those chocolates were a huge hit! Free chocolates for my granddaughters
I had a problem with my chocolate delivery recently, but the company handled it really well. Even though DHL messed up in Costa Rica, zChocolat went out of their way to fix it by sending two boxes of chocolates to my granddaughters in the US. The chocolate was so yummy and looked really pretty. But man, I wish the box was bigger and the pictures on the website were more accurate. The chocolate showed up with the cooler kinda warm, and that could've been a real mess if it was hotter outside. Honestly, it's tough to say it's worth splurging on this pricey imported chocolate that doesn't bring anything extra special to the table.
Valentine's Day gift to boyfriend
I bought these chocolates for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and they were so good. They came a bit later than expected because of customs, but Zchocolat's customer service was great. They were really nice and understanding about the delay. The macarons were still delicious and had amazing flavors. The chocolates had such great detail and tasted better than any we've had from local places. We will definitely order from Zchocolat again.
Vegan and non-vegan assortments, apricot jam
I recently placed my third order with this company and wow, their products are just amazing! I decided to mix it up and try some vegan items along with my usual non-vegan choices, and let me tell you, the flavors are out of this world. The chocolates are so rich and decadent, you can taste the quality in every bite. I also got a jar of apricot jam, and it was surprisingly delicious. Plus, the size of the jar was a nice surprise. I can't thank this company enough for always sending me top-notch French chocolates right to my door.
