I had to read through every product description to make sure there were no nuts, which took a lot of time and was annoying. I was especially disappointed to find out that the hot chocolates for the velvetiser, dunking biscuits, and the Everything selection box all had nuts. I think it would be helpful if they offered a mix and match option for the hot chocolate sachets, giving customers more control over their choices and making it easier for those with allergies like me.
Decades-long customer, tried Pistachio & Honey bar
I've been a customer of this brand for almost 20 years now, starting with a monthly subscription service way back. I've tried lots of their chocolates over the years, but recently I wanted to switch things up and gave the Pistachio & Honey bar a shot. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations compared to the other delicious chocolates I've had from them. I really hope that if the company is taken over, they don't lose the quality and uniqueness that has kept me coming back for so long. Even though the Pistachio & Honey bar was a letdown, I'm hopeful for the brand's future.

I love this chocolate brand! Every time I have their chocolates, it's always satisfying. The quality is amazing, and each bite feels so luxurious. They go so well with a cup of coffee, it's my favorite little indulgence. I try to limit myself, but I can't help but have some of these treats every day. Having Tassimo coffee with the chocolates is just perfect for me, it always makes me happy.
Order fine, poor delivery
The order was great, just like I thought it would be - top-notch products with amazing taste! But man, the delivery was a mess. The Royal Mail guy didn't even bother knocking or anything, just chucked the box behind our trash cans and split, not even closing the front gate. That kind of service is pretty terrible and really put a damper on an otherwise good experience.
Deluxe Chocolate Box
I bought the Deluxe Chocolate Box from your store and I was really looking forward to getting it. But I have to say, I was pretty let down by the delivery service from Royal Mail. I had arranged for the chocolates to arrive on a certain day because it was a special occasion for me. But they didn't show up on time, which was a hassle. My daughter was at home all day, waiting for the package because it was her birthday. Even though they had her phone number, Royal Mail didn't even try to deliver the package or let her know they missed it.

I just bought an 80th Birthday Gift Bag with Chocolates from this store, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed about how it looked when I got it. The seal on the outside of the gift bag holding the gift card was all busted up, and the chocolates inside were all flipped over in the tissue paper. I was hoping for a nice surprise for a special person's big birthday, but the way it was packaged was just not up to par.

I got my daughter an Easter egg and it was so simple to do. The service was great and really professional. The egg came in a pretty white gift box and was wrapped so nicely. My daughter was thrilled with it and all the chocolates inside were really tasty!

I recently bought a chocolate gift from the store, and the chocolate itself was delicious as usual. However, I wasn't too happy with the delivery. I paid for quick delivery and gave the right address, but the gift was sent to me instead of the person I wanted. When I contacted customer service about the mix-up, they said that mistakes like that can happen sometimes, which was disappointing. They offered to reject the delivery and reorder it for free next-day delivery, but I wasn't home to do that. The rep suggested calling to order next time so that someone could help me, which was a bit frustrating. Now, I have to send the gift myself and pay for delivery again, which has left me feeling annoyed about the whole situation.
