Chocolate graham crackers
SCAM! Their shipping chart says $10.98 for $29.99 order. I was charged $15.98. Customer service did not understand the issue despite the proof i sent. Scam..cancelled the order. Not a reputable company.

i placed an order for delivery before Christmas, relying on the website which stated it would be delivered by Dec. 23. When the recipient didn't receive it by Christmas I checked my account and saw that had not yet been given to the delivery service and the new delivery date was set for December 29! I was never advised that it would be late. The website misrepresented the delivery date, and never warned me about the actual date. I see that this is not the first time that they have missed the date for orders intended to arrive as a holiday gift. They should not be allowed to continue their business if they are going to mislead customers in that way..
Godiva Gold Ballotin Chocolates Box
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. I PURCHASED GODIVA CHOCOLATES ON DECEMBER 6TH, ON DECEMBER 10TH LABEL WAS CREATED BUT THEY NEVER SHIPPED IT. TWO DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THEY CAN'T DELIVER ITEMS I ORDERED. THERE'S NOBODY TO TALK TO AND NONES KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON. SUPERVISOR NEVER AVAILABLE, NEVER CALLED BACK. WHEN I CALLED, THEY SAY "PLEASE HOLD, LET ME CHECK" AND THEN HANG UP ON ME OR TELL ME "I'LL CALL YOU BACK" AND THEY NEVER DID. WHEN I CALLED ON DECEMBER 26TH, I BEEN TOLD THAT GIFTS FOR MY CLIENTS WHERE NEVER DELIVERED AND I WAS OFFERED A PARTIAL REFUND. ARE YOU SERIOUS? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ............
box of chocolates
On 11/17/2022 I ordered a box of chocolates in a Happy Thankswgicving box to be sent to my neice. I called her to ask if she recived them. No. Then I check the receipt to find out that delivery was scheduled for 12/1. Obviously, this was a Thanksgiving gift.
I cancelled the order and my new passport membership. Incompetent compaany to deal with.

Paid extra to have gift delivered on Valentines Day, didn't get there on-time and customer service, after over an hour + of waiting/chatting, told me there's nothing they can do for me. Would never use again.
Happy Birthday Box
They delivered the right contents, but with the wrong box cover. Customer service promised to send another one with the correct cover, but again sent the wrong one. Customer service also bizarrely wanted the phone number of the recipient so they could call to apologize. I refused to provide it and told them to write a letter to the address if they wanted to contact the recipient. I do not see a way to email customer service, and I do not want to hang on the phone again. I am done. not ordering from them again.

Product was delivered on time but was inedible. Zero response from Simply Chocolate to my request for their input. DO NOT purchase from this computer.
Two chocolate dinosaur eggs
Paid $19.99 for shipping on two chocolate dinosaur eggs found out they were shipped regular FedEx Supposed to get them Good Friday. FedEx says they were shipped regular ground. Simply chocolate says they can’t help. I would give 0 stars on delivery but I can’t
A basket $160
I was sent the wrong order basket and was waaaay less than the basket I ordered for Valentines Day! I contacted them about the mix up...was hung up on, one could not understand and last one said not to worry would reship the correct order ASAP...still waiting and it’s March 18! Chalk it off as a lesson learned, never again plus chocolate not that great for what they charge!
Simply Chocolate Happy Birthday Personalized Box
I thought this would be a perfect gift for my daughter's 20th birthday since we couldn't be with her. I was so happy I could personalize the gift, but the finished product was not at all what I was expecting.
Be careful when ordering!!! I asked multiple people how they would personalize and they were all throw off like I was.

Paid about $100 for a chocolate basket and only to receive a card box that had like $20 worth of chap chocolate that the dollar store has for $1! So disappointing and worthless.

Asked for a delivery date of Apr 21 for a birthday and they delivered it a week earlier. Way too early for the birthday. I complained that the way too early delivery ruined the surprise and asked for a response and haven't heard from them. Companies who stick their head in the sand (as suggested by other reviews) won't survive in this age of instant information. What's the point of specifying a delivery date and paying for such and Simply Chocolate ignores the customer
