I'm so frustrated with this store. I ordered something and it never showed up. I tried to get help multiple times but no one got back to me. Now my bank thinks the transaction is sketchy. It's just a mess.

Recent store visit
I went to the Place Vertu store recently and man, what a letdown. They up and closed the store an hour early for inventory without telling anyone beforehand. How rude and unprofessional! I took the trip all the way from Laval just to be shut out at 4 pm when they usually close at 5 pm. It's just not cool to treat customers like that. Needless to say, they won't be seeing me there again.
