"Crazy for you show"
The show was awesome, everyone in it did such an amazing job! Thanks for a fantastic evening, it was fabulous!
Mobility scooter assistance
I had the best time at this theater! The service I got was top-notch, especially for someone like me with a hidden disability and a mobility scooter. Liam, who works there, really went above and beyond. He helped me from the moment I got there - taking me to the lift, showing me where to put my scooter safely, and even escorting me to my seat. Not only that, but he also got me some cool stuff during the break. Liam was so friendly, patient, and understanding. He made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. I really can't thank him enough for making sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Liam, you're amazing and you made my day at the theater really special. Thank you!
Refund processing issue
I had the worst time trying to get my refund sorted out after buying something. I was supposed to get back £400, but they only gave me £12, which is just ridiculous. And to top it off, I can't even get through to customer service to fix this mess. The whole situation has been a major letdown and has me totally frustrated.
Show tickets
I recently went to a show at this venue and it was amazing! The only issue I had was with the tickets. LW had promised to email me the tickets 24 hours before the show and notify me about a time change, but they never did. I called them twice and they just told me to bring some ID to the show. When I arrived at the theater early and explained the situation to the box office staff, they confirmed my booking but then said they could only email the tickets to me. Since I couldn't access my email at that time, I asked if I could use their computer to print the tickets, but they weren't very helpful and acted like it was a big deal. Finally, they printed the tickets for me, but it felt like an unnecessary hassle. If their computer had just worked properly in the first place, everything would have been much smoother.
E-ticket purchase
I was really looking forward to seeing a show at the theater, but I got really annoyed with how the booking went. I bought my e-tickets, but they didn't show up when promised. I was freaking out waiting for them, and I couldn't even reach anyone for assistance. It was disappointing and now I don't want to use that booking agency anymore.
Front-row concert tickets
Tried to buy some front-row tickets for a Christmas concert online last month. Had them all ready to go in my cart, but then the website kicked me out before I could finish the transaction. The exact same thing happened to my sister too. It was so annoying, definitely not a fun time.
Mobile booking help
I had a total panic attack trying to book tickets on my phone because I couldn't figure out the website. Thankfully, I got in touch with Arijana, who was a total angel. She was super patient and walked me through every step until I managed to book my tickets. I really liked how calm and understanding she was, especially since I was so stressed. If you have any trouble booking tickets or using their website, definitely reach out for help. The team at this theater is fantastic and will do whatever it takes to assist you.
Talked to Andi
I called Andi, and she was really nice. She helped me out with my problem right away, and I was so pleased with how quickly she resolved everything!
Tickets for Peter Pan
I went to this place with my family to see a Peter Pan show. The ad said it was for kids, but there were some weird things that made me feel awkward, especially with my parents there. I mean, can we keep it PG, please? And then, when we tried to leave early, they didn't even offer us a refund or a voucher. So not cool, right?
Ticket purchase for Peter Pan show
I went to see the Peter Pan show and honestly, it was a letdown. I felt like I paid too much for what I got. Most of the seats had bad views, so I couldn't really get into the performance. The actors seemed a bit past their prime and the script was pretty boring. The special effects were nothing special, and Julian Clary's role as the child catcher was underwhelming. The show had a lot of jokes that were a little too mature for a family audience. Jennifer Saunders even said she was just in it for the paycheck. The acrobat performance didn't really add anything to the show.
Show tickets purchase
I bought some tickets for a show not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a great time! Right after I made the purchase, I got this email confirming everything super quick, even though it ended up in my junk folder. Then, a few days before the show, I got another email reminding me to grab my e-tickets. They came through smoothly the night before, scanned without any problems at the entrance. The whole thing went down without a hitch, making the whole experience really pleasant. And let me just say, the show itself? Amazing! The venue staff were super cool and professional, too.
Ticket booking frustration
I recently tried to buy tickets for a show, but the whole experience with the ticket system was a nightmare. After I entered my payment info, the website just kept making me confirm the payment over and over. It was so frustrating and I didn't know if I'd been charged multiple times or if my booking even worked. Plus, they didn't have any contact info for me to reach out for help. It felt like a total scam and they're not being professional or transparent at all. It's just not okay.
Ticket purchase
I bought tickets for a show and they were supposed to email them to me, but I never got them! There isn't even a phone number to call, just a stupid automated message. I sent them an email and all I got back was a dumb auto response saying I have to wait up to 72 hours for a response. It's ridiculous!
London Palladium - aka the oven
I went to the London Palladium for The Wizard of Oz performance, but it was super hot because the air conditioning was broken. It was really uncomfortable and felt like a greenhouse. They didn't even warn us or try to fix it. One lady had to leave because of the heat, and the staff gave her an ice pack. The show was good, but next time LW Theatres, please give us a heads up so we can dress accordingly and bring our own fans.
Recent purchases for Frozen, Matilda, and Chess the musical
I've been going to the theater a lot lately, and every time has been amazing. Booking tickets for Frozen, Matilda, and Chess the musical was easy, and the tickets always showed up on time. They kept me updated about my reservations, which I liked. They even helped out with accommodations for my daughter, going above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about their awesome customer service and how they really care about giving their customers a great experience.
Front Row Stalls seat experience
I went to a show at the venue recently and got one of those Front Row Stalls seats. Let me tell you, it was a tight squeeze and not very comfy. The seat and floor were too close to the stage, leaving no legroom for me to even straighten my legs. I wear a size 5 shoe and had to keep my toes pointed out all night, which was not pleasant at all. I also saw another person with crutches struggling to get to their seat due to the cramped space, showing how impractical the seating setup is. This made it hard for me to fully enjoy the show, and I think it could be a safety hazard in an emergency. It's a shame that the management hasn't addressed this issue yet. On top of that, buying tickets through Viagogo made it tricky to talk to them about my concerns since it required a phone call. In the future, I would recommend getting Front Circle or Aisle seats for a more comfortable time at the venue.
Missed show due to accident
I was bummed out because I couldn't make it to the show due to an accident, so I reached out to them to see if I could change my tickets to a different date. But they flat out refused without giving me any explanation. It's frustrating, especially because the show wasn't even sold out that night. Other places are way more accommodating.
Changing Joseph and his amazing technicolour dream coat tickets
I was trying to go see Joseph and his amazing technicolour dream coat with my friends, but we needed to change the date last minute. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me really quickly, saying I could book the new date and get a refund for the old ticket. The refund is already in the works on the same day I talked to customer service. I am seriously impressed with how smooth and fast they made everything happen. Definitely the best service I've ever had!
Ticket query response
I contacted LW Theatres with a question about my tickets, and I have to say, I was really impressed with their customer service. They got back to me within a day with a really thoughtful and detailed response from their customer relations team. Not only did they answer my question, but they also came up with a solution that actually worked for me! Dealing with LW Theatres was so much better than other customer service interactions I've had in the past. If only more companies were as great as them, customer service would be a piece of cake.
Ticket refund process
I was really impressed with the customer service at the theater. One of our group members got sick on Boxing Day right before the Palladium panto show. I emailed the Box Office staff, not expecting much with such short notice. But, to my surprise, I got a response in just 10 minutes and they helped me resell the ticket right away. Huge shoutout to Gee and Darren for their amazing customer service and quick help with the situation.
