Tried to buy some front-row tickets for a Christmas concert online last month. Had them all ready to go in my cart, but then the website kicked me out before I could finish the transaction. The exact same thing happened to my sister too. It was so annoying, definitely not a fun time.

Christmas cupcakes order
The ordering process went smoothly, but we ran into trouble when the cupcakes were sent to the wrong address at first, which really threw us off. Even though they said they would send a new batch, it didn't come when expected and we ended up empty-handed for our staff's Christmas presents. The customer service wasn't much help and they kept telling us the delivery would be soon, even though it wasn't. It's just really disappointing how poorly our order was handled, and now we missed out on our holiday goodies. All in all, it was a super frustrating experience.

Solar panel and inverter purchase
I just want to give a shoutout to the service team for hooking me up with a speedy installation - major props to them! Anytime I had a problem, they were right on it, shooting me an email and getting it sorted out right away. They really go above and beyond to make sure us customers are happy. And let me tell you, the solar panel with storage and inverter they installed is top-notch, I totally recommend it. Plus, it's cool that most modules work well with the tech. Keep doing what you do, y'all!
