    Portable charger

    Anker Technologies is a total nightmare to deal with. They seem to have some serious problems when it comes to shipping to places like Northern Ireland. It's unbelievable that a company as big as them can't figure out how to get their products to customers on time. I bought a portable charger from them and I've been trying to get a refund for over a month now. It's crazy that I have to take legal action just to get my money back. Their customer service team is a joke, they don't really offer any solutions, just empty promises that never actually happen. The fact that they delete negative reviews on their own site shows that there's a serious lack of integrity within the company. They'd rather hide complaints than actually fix the problems. Don't be fooled by their fancy marketing and paid sponsorships - their service after the sale is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable company like EcoFlow or Bluetti.

    6ft USBc to USBc cable for iPhone

    I bought a 6-foot USB-C to USB-C cable for my new iPhone, but I'm really disappointed with it. The cable doesn't stay in my phone very well and keeps coming loose, causing problems when I try to charge it. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing has worked. It seems like the cable was made poorly and isn't as good as I thought it would be. I hope the company can reach out to me soon with a solution to this issue.

    Anker PowerExpand Elite 13-in-1 Dock

    I bought the dock and it quit working on me twice. I got a replacement under warranty but that one failed too. It's unreliable and seems to break down early. Plus, there are no cooling vents. Really disappointed so I wouldn't recommend it.

    PowerBank purchase for business trip

    I got a PowerBank for a work trip, but it was a letdown. The design looked nice, but once I got on the plane, it started acting up. The sensor messed up, saying it was too cold and the PowerBank wouldn't work. I tried to get help from customer support for a return or warranty, but they couldn't fix it. All in all, I wasn't happy with this product or the company, so I wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.

    Wireless charger purchase

    I bought a wireless charger from this company not too long ago. But, to be honest, I was pretty let down by both the product and the customer service. The charger only had a 10m amps output, which just wasn't cutting it to charge my phone properly. And on top of that, it was pricey and didn't live up to what I was hoping for. The customer service I got was also pretty lackluster, which just made the whole thing a bummer.

    Warranty process frustration

    The warranty process is a mess right now. It's like they changed the rules all of a sudden. You used to just need the serial number, now they want the original order number from the exact receipt you used to buy it. Even if you have a reprinted receipt or credit card statement, they won't take it. And good luck trying to find old order numbers on their website from a few years ago, it's impossible. It's such a silly policy! If they can't keep track of their own serial numbers, why even bother putting them on their products?

    Two speakers

    I bought a couple of speakers from Anker Technologies not long ago, but they didn't work like they were supposed to. When I contacted customer service to send them back, they told me that since I got them brand new from another website, the warranty was no good.     I got these cameras back in November and one of them ended up getting foggy, causing a major issue. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing seemed to work. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they just kept asking for the same info repeatedly. After much back and forth, they agreed to replace it but then turned around and said they didn't have that model in stock near me. I reached out to them multiple times via email but got no response.     Eufy Doorbell - disappointing quality

    I bought the Eufy Doorbell, but it was a big disappointment. It only lasted 13 months before it had to be thrown away because it was poor quality.     I bought three eufy Solocam E40s last year and at first, they worked really well. But after a few months, I began having problems with connectivity. When I contacted customer service about it, they wouldn't assist me because it was past the 12-month warranty. I was bummed out by the lack of help for a product that clearly had issues. I'd advise others to think twice before getting this CCTV system for their house.

    I bought a lighting cable from this company, and it was terrible. The quality was really bad, and it didn't even work. When I contacted customer service for help, they asked for tons of photos and details for just a £9 cable.     Replacement order experience

    I had to deal with a replacement order issue with this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was really frustrating. The emails back and forth were so slow, and it took weeks to finally get things sorted out. And then, to top it off, the replacement I got wasn't even the one I wanted in the first place. After going back and forth in emails multiple times, the problem still wasn't fixed to my satisfaction. The whole purchase process left me feeling really disappointed.

    Power bank cover issue

    Oh man, I just picked up this really awesome power bank. It charges my devices crazy fast, which is great! But the cover they include is made of this weird slippery material, and let me tell you, it just slid right out of my hands one time and now it's cracked. I really think they should switch it up to silicone or something with more grip, you know? That way, it won't slip out of your hands so easily.
