Recent purchases of charging accessories and earbuds
I've been a loyal customer of this company's products for a while now, and I have to say, I am really impressed with how well they work. Despite some negative reviews I've seen, my experience with their items has been amazing. From iPhone chargers to wireless earbuds, everything I've bought has been top-notch in terms of durability, connecting easily, and overall worth the price. The earbuds, especially, have become my favorite for everyday use because they're comfy, sound great, and always connect easily to my Apple devices. I definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for reliable tech accessories.
Bought wireless charging that works best so far
I recently bought a wireless charger for the phone.. these were one of the best products with great reviews from the customers. also I have heard all good about the product. I have known of Anker for their batteries, portable charges mostly.. And they make some good products and I have used them over the years as well. They are also coming up with new technologies and trying to step up into new features. These wireless chargers though are pretty good. works very fine.. reach to me after 5 days. so well done there The warranties are there with the product. Makes it even more trustable.
Solar panel and inverter purchase
I just want to give a shoutout to the service team for hooking me up with a speedy installation - major props to them! Anytime I had a problem, they were right on it, shooting me an email and getting it sorted out right away. They really go above and beyond to make sure us customers are happy. And let me tell you, the solar panel with storage and inverter they installed is top-notch, I totally recommend it. Plus, it's cool that most modules work well with the tech. Keep doing what you do, y'all!
Power banks and cords
I just bought some stuff from this brand - a couple of power banks and cords. They're not super famous in the electronics world, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well they worked. The power banks were small but packed a punch, which was a huge help while I was on the go. And the cords were tough and charged my gadgets in a flash. I didn't have to talk to customer service myself, but a friend of mine said they're really helpful and nice.
battery powerbank
I got this new battery powerbank and let me tell you, it's been great! I had a few problems with it at first, but the customer support team was so helpful and got it replaced for me really fast. It's amazing how much they look out for their customers, even for something as small as this little powerbank. Grateful for the help!
Power bank cover issue
Oh man, I just picked up this really awesome power bank. It charges my devices crazy fast, which is great! But the cover they include is made of this weird slippery material, and let me tell you, it just slid right out of my hands one time and now it's cracked. I really think they should switch it up to silicone or something with more grip, you know? That way, it won't slip out of your hands so easily.
Bluetooth headphones malfunction after 6 months
After using my Bluetooth headphones for about 6 months, they stopped working. So, I shot customer support an email along with my invoice. To my surprise, I got a response from a real person in just 9 minutes! They didn't waste any time and sent me a new pair for free. I gotta say, I was really amazed by how fast and helpful the company was.
Charger replacement
Lately, my charger conked out on me, so I hit up the company through Amazon for a replacement. Anker got back to me right away and shipped out a new charger, no questions asked. It was hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with any company. I totally recommend them!

The customer service at this company is really great. When I ran into a problem while setting up my new 1.6 Kw Powerbank, the service team was super helpful in walking me through it until we got it all figured out. Big props to the service team for all their amazing help.
