Incorrect bike sent
I recently bought a bike from Bikes Online, but they sent me the wrong one. Dealing with customer service was a pain because I kept getting automated responses from Bob the Bot instead of talking to a real person. I wasted the whole afternoon trying to fix the problem, and it left me super disappointed. Not getting to talk to a human about a $2100 purchase mistake just isn't right and shows that the company doesn't really care about keeping their customers happy.

Jacket
I bought a jacket from that store not too long ago, and boy, was I let down by how poorly made it was! I only wore it a handful of times before it started falling apart at the seams. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they didn't seem to care at all once I told them I got it in-store. Long story short, I ended up with a jacket that's now just trash. I recommend steering clear of buying anything from there.

The Book Lover's Advent Calendar
I just bought The Book Lover's Advent Calendar for $71. It was supposed to have bookmarks, ornaments, greeting cards, and other goodies. But, when I got it, all the pockets were empty! Now I have to find stuff to fill the 25 pockets myself, which wasn't even mentioned in the description. I've tried contacting customer support, but haven't had any success in fixing the problem. I feel really let down and upset about the whole situation.

Incorrect item received
I'm really let down by my recent order from SALEDRESS. They not only sent me the wrong item, but their customer service hasn't been helpful at all in fixing the problem. I've emailed them several times to ask about returning the wrong item, but I haven't gotten any response. It's frustrating to be bounced around when I'm just trying to fix a mistake that wasn't my fault. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

Digital sheet music for printing on lightweight card stock
When I'm buying digital sheet music, I really appreciate being able to print it on that lightweight card stock. I find it just sits nicely on the stand without worrying about turning pages. Although, there have been times when I accidentally bought the wrong arrangement. That just shows how essential it is to be able to check out the arrangement before buying it.

I was really excited when I found this awesome place that had all the colorful main and rod bearings I needed for my dirt bike. The shipping was super fast, like lightning speed! Reliable car rental experience
I rented a car not too long ago and I was pretty happy with how everything went. The renting process was easy and the car worked well for the most part. But, I did run into a couple of problems with the car. The two front tires didn't seem to have much tread left, which worried me a bit, especially when it rained. Also, the window washer pump wasn't working right, so it was tough to keep the windshield clean. I think if they kept up with maintenance better, it would make things a lot better for customers like me.

Real estate investment
I'm really frustrated with the real estate company I invested in. They have not been transparent or communicated well with me. I haven't received any dividends for months now, and every time I ask about it, I get different excuses. When I tried to take my investment out, they told me it's still too early, but now they're saying I might have to wait even longer, up to 7 years. I'm worried that my money is gone and that they're running a Ponzi scheme. I've seen other complaints on BBB, so it seems I'm not alone in this.

Duplicate payment issue
Customer service was absolutely awful - they just wouldn't stop emailing me after I made it clear I wanted to cancel. On top of that, they ended up charging me for 3 payments when it should have only been 1. And when I brought up the mistake, they had the nerve to blame me for it! I had to go through the trouble of sending over bank statements just to prove my point. The whole situation was just a mess.
