I just got this portrait from a company and let me tell you, I am blown away. The skill and precision in the artwork is out of this world. Duplicate payment issue
Customer service was absolutely awful - they just wouldn't stop emailing me after I made it clear I wanted to cancel. On top of that, they ended up charging me for 3 payments when it should have only been 1. And when I brought up the mistake, they had the nerve to blame me for it! I had to go through the trouble of sending over bank statements just to prove my point. The whole situation was just a mess.

I recently bought some clothes from this store and had to return most of them. So, I used Klarna at checkout and noticed they charged me for items I didn't even keep. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't believe me and wouldn't double-check or contact the warehouse. Long story short, I got overcharged by $200. Even after a second call, they just blew me off and said it was my problem. When I said I wouldn't shop there again, they said "great!" I couldn't believe how bad their customer service was. I shop at a lot of places, but this was the worst treatment I've ever gotten. Now I'm stuck with a $200 bill that's not mine.

I swung by Sukoshi Mart to grab a quick snack, thinking it would be a breeze. But after I ordered and paid, I never got an email confirmation. I contacted customer service through email, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Even though my bank got charged and the payment went through, I don't have an order number or any proof of my purchase on their end. The lack of communication and transparency is just not okay and I'm feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied.

I just bought a water filter from Eartheasy, as well as one from a UK-based company. What surprised me was that the filter from the UK got to New Mexico before the one from Eartheasy did. It was kind of a letdown and frustrating because I was hoping for better service from them. Overpriced jewelry
I just bought something from this store, and I gotta say, I really wish I hadn't. The jewelry is way too expensive for what you actually get. I'm not convinced it's even good quality, feels like a total waste of money. And to make things worse, their customer service is a joke. I tried contacting them multiple times about my order, and not once did they bother to get back to me. It's like all they care about is taking your money and that's it.
