I just got two pairs of shorts from this store, one in each color. The whole ordering thing was super easy and my shorts got here real quick. They fit perfectly, just like the website said they would. And let me tell you, they're well-made and priced real nice, especially compared to other brands. Had a little hiccup with Paypal at checkout, but Sarah from customer service really helped me out and even gave me a discount. Overall, I'm really happy with everything and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Appropriate Quality Clothing
I just bought some clothes from this store and, gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I got. The quality of the clothes was on par with what I paid, so no complaints there. They fit well and looked just like they did on the website. Only downside was some of the stuff in medium was sold out. And seriously, don't get why people gripe about the return policy when it's right there on the site. Do your homework before hitting that buy button, people!
Jacket and 3 shirts
I got this really cool jacket and some awesome shirts from this store. My mom got me a great coat from here a few years back, so I decided to give it another shot. I ordered my stuff and it arrived super quick, only took 3 days. The clothes are really nice and fit me just right. Usually I have to size up, but not here! I'm definitely going to wear these a lot and come back for more. The prices are reasonable and the quality is awesome.
Shirt
I bought this shirt that was really big on me. I wanted to return it, but the website was saying I needed to make an account to print a return label, and I couldn't even figure out how to do that! On top of that, they wanted to charge me $2.99 for the return. It was just too much trouble, so I ended up keeping the shirt.
Oversized Raincoat Purchase
I bought this really big raincoat online, but when it came, it was way too huge and not the right size at all. I couldn't find the receipt, so when I contacted customer service to get a refund, they said they didn't get the return. It was annoying because I just sent something back to another company and right away got confirmation. It seems like Threadbare's return process isn't very efficient.
New jumper purchase
I was looking for a particular sweater that I just couldn't find in stores, so I thought I'd give the brand's website a try. Turns out, they had a ton of options, and I actually found a sweater I liked even more than the one I was originally hunting for. Ordering it was a breeze, and to my surprise, most of the sweaters were on sale. The delivery was fast, which is always a bonus. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.
Jacket, trousers, and jumper
I just got myself a new winter jacket, pants, and sweater and oh my goodness, they are amazing! The jacket keeps me super warm and even has pockets for all my candy. The pants fit me just right and are really comfy, though they might be too short if you're really tall. And the sweater feels like a soft hug from a fluffy unicorn, so cozy! I feel like such a stylish kid in these clothes, I'm ready to conquer the world.
Fast delivery, great customer service
I was kinda unsure about buying something because of the bad reviews, but I took a risk anyway - and I'm really happy I did! I ordered on a Wednesday and it got to me super quick on Friday. There was a little problem with my email confirmation, but the customer service peeps were fast to fix it. All in all, I had a great time dealing with this company.
Quick delivery, easy returns
I got my order really quickly and it was no problem returning something. They fixed a mistake right away when they missed refunding one item. The only downside was paying for the return shipping, so I can't give them a perfect rating. But I would definitely shop here again!
Christmas gifts
I recently ordered some Christmas gifts from this store and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the service. I placed my order on November 16th, expecting it to arrive in 3-5 days, but I only got two out of the four items by November 28th. When I reached out to customer service, they didn't even know that two items were missing from my order. Then on December 5th, they told me the other items weren't even ready to be sent out yet. I decided to ask for a refund because I can't trust this store to deliver on time, especially with Christmas presents. It's important to mention that even though they sell through a well-known retailer, the items still come from their own warehouse, so don't be fooled into thinking it'll be any different.

I got these really awesome sneakers from this one store and I was so pumped to wear them. But man, can you believe that in less than three weeks they already started falling apart? The sole was coming off from the upper part, the insole was peeling off, and the heel was falling apart too! I wasn't even doing anything wild in them, just walking around like a normal person.
Jacket
I bought a jacket from that store not too long ago, and boy, was I let down by how poorly made it was! I only wore it a handful of times before it started falling apart at the seams. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they didn't seem to care at all once I told them I got it in-store. Long story short, I ended up with a jacket that's now just trash. I recommend steering clear of buying anything from there.
Dresses purchase
Oh my gosh, I was thinking about getting those adorable dresses, but when I read their return policy, it was seriously the worst. You only have 14 days to send it back, pay for shipping, and on top of that, they charge a fee for the refund! That is so not cool. After looking at the reviews and seeing they were all negative, I'm definitely staying away from that store!
Threadbare men's jackets
I bought a couple of men's jackets from this store not too long ago. Kind of a bummer because when I checked them out, I realized the linings were made of Nylon. Not a fan of that material because it can make me itchy, so I ended up returning them. It would be nice if they used a different fabric for their clothing.
Return due to sizing issues
I just had to send back some stuff I bought because it didn't fit, right? That happens. But what I don't get is why I had to pay for shipping and didn't even get a full refund. And on top of that, when I tried to talk to customer service, they totally ghosted me.
XL shirt, got L instead
I ordered this shirt in XL, but it came in an L instead, so it was too small for me. I was really excited to wear it, but it just didn't fit well. I tried to return it, but the process was so complicated that I decided to just keep it and give it to my little sister. Not cool at all!
New Blazer purchase
I recently bought a new blazer and it came super quickly, plus it fit me just right! It was a steal of a deal during the Black Friday sale. I might get it in a few more colors too.
Denim jacket and graphic t-shirt.
Even though this store has a lot of cool stuff and a big selection, my experience with their service was pretty disappointing. I got a denim jacket and a graphic tee, but when my package arrived, some stuff was missing. The worst part was that my order confirmation said everything was delivered, which made me feel confused and frustrated. On top of that, the t-shirt that did come had a hole in it, which was a big bummer. I tried reaching out to customer service about the missing items, but I haven't heard back yet. The fact that they haven't communicated with me or resolved the issue makes me hesitant to shop here again. They might have good social media ads, but it's obvious they need to work on their customer service.
