I ordered something what feels like forever ago, and I still haven't even gotten a tracking number. I can't even contact them because their chat is always off. It's a total scam! I'm definitely gonna report them. And even when they do give me a tracking number, it's just a label for days!

Maxi boho dress
I bought this maxi boho dress from a store recently and I was pretty let down by the fabric. It felt really cheap, like imitation, and it had this static cling that made it look and feel like a janitor's uniform. Plus, the fact that there were no washing instructions on it made me wonder how well the dress would hold up over time. I hate to say it, but I wouldn't suggest anyone else buy this dress or rely on its quality.

Camera purchase
I've been a customer of KEH Camera for a while now, and I've always been really happy with their customer service and the quality of their products. I bought a camera from them recently, and unfortunately, the FEDEX shipment left the box outside in the rain. The cardboard packaging got soaked, but luckily KEH had packed the camera with bubble wrap, so it was well-protected and arrived in perfect condition. It really demonstrates how much they care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right.

HexClad pans set
I got this cool set of HexClad pans at Costco with an 8", 10", and 12" pan, along with a wok. They all came with covers and worked really well, except for the 10" one. My guess is that my not-so-great cooking skills didn't help with the food sticking after about six months of use. But let me tell you, the customer service was amazing! We had a small problem at first, but they sent me a new pan and gave me some great tips on how to clean and season the original one. I'm really pleased with how they handled everything!

I've been using this service for more than 8 years and I gotta say, it's been pretty good. There have been a couple of small issues, like some artifact/static here and there, but it's mostly been reliable. Whenever I've had to call customer service, they've been really helpful. I had to go back to using a landline for work recently, but my experience with the service has been really good overall.

Super expensive products
I loved the stylish clothes I bought from that store! But gosh, they're just too expensive. I found similar items for much cheaper elsewhere, but I couldn't resist their adorable outfits. The quality is top-notch, and they ship the clothes really quickly. The downside is, if you live in Canada, the customs and duties fee is crazy high. I almost had to pay $100 on a $200 order - no thanks! Plus, they only offer pricey FedEx shipping, no affordable Canada Post option.
