Shirt in large size
This store is amazing, it's like finding a hidden treasure! I randomly came across it and ended up walking out with a shirt. I typically wear a large, and this shirt fit me just right. The fabric feels like a light sweatshirt, super comfy and stretchy. It has a loose but stylish vibe that I'm totally into. The buttons give it a special touch. I was so pleased with my buy that I had to get another one in purple!
Dress order exceeded expectations
I wasn't too sure about ordering a dress online at first, wasn't sure if it would be good quality or fit right. But I went for it because the price was too good to resist. And let me tell you, I was so happy when the dress showed up earlier than I thought and it fit like a dream. The design was even better in person than I expected. It totally surpassed all my expectations.

I've bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, their customer service is top-notch. The reps are super quick to answer any questions and they're always willing to lend a hand. Express shipping
I recently bought something on this website and I picked the fast shipping option. They sent me an email with tracking info saying my order was on its way. But after a few days, the tracking number didn't show any new info. I tried to reach out to customer service, but couldn't find a phone number, which worried me. I shot them an email asking about the delay in tracking, and they told me DHL was super busy and updates were slow. More days went by with no updates, so I reached out to customer service again, but got no reply. Finally, they told me my order hadn't actually been shipped and they couldn't give me back the money for the faster shipping. I was annoyed and felt like I'd been misled through the whole thing.
Delayed and frustrating refund process
I'm really upset about how long it's taking for this company to give me my refund. I asked for it weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. Their customer service took forever to even reply to me, and then it took over a month just to get a return label. And even after I sent the item back, I didn't hear anything for a whole week despite multiple emails and texts. It's been a total nightmare and I feel like they're wasting my time and money. I might have to go over their heads and contact higher-ups or my credit card company to sort this out.

Furniture return request
I had to get in touch with customer service at Seamido about returning some furniture I bought. I tried messaging them a bunch of times but haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating because I spent a lot of money on the furniture. I'm pretty upset with the service I got from Seamido and wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Dissatisfied with the product quality
My experience with this company was such a letdown. I bought a product that was poorly made and didn't even fit right. And let me tell you, the customer service was no help at all. They were dodgy and didn't want to deal with my issues. I should've just splurged a bit more for a higher quality item somewhere else. All in all, total waste of my time and money.
Cute Christmas gifts
I ordered these awesome gifts for Christmas, but I still haven't gotten my stuff yet! I had it shipped, but it's taking forever and no one is giving me updates! I sent messages and emails, but they still won't respond! I really hope I get my things or at least hear back soon because they have some really cool stuff, you know?
