I reached out and got a reply from Luis within their promised window; not instant, but quick enough. He walked me through the warranty steps in plain English and approved a replacement without making me ship the old one back (huge plus — who has time for returns?). The swap was easy, no drama, and I appreciated that they didn’t overcomplicate things. It’s not flawless — I wish the finish held up better — but the cookware still cooks great and the support actually stood behind the product. Now I’m just waiting to test it on tortillas again (very important). All in all: a small hiccup handled well.

Performance-wise, though, it didn’t live up to the claims for me. Food stuck in spots, heat wasn’t as even as the marketing promised, and honestly a $30 nonstick from another brand I’ve used before held up better in day-to-day cooking. I tried to get a fair resolution — sent photos, described problems, waited — and got a replacement offer that sounded okay until I read the fine print: return shipping on me. No thanks. I don’t want another expensive pan that might behave the same. Customer support felt robotic, like I was talking to a ticket, not a person who actually cared. The “escalation team” seemed mostly to buy time. To be fair, delivery was fine and packing was solid, and the product looks premium, so there are positives. But for the amount I spent I expected better follow-through and actual accountability. If you’re on the fence like I was, maybe try something cheaper first or buy from a company with proven service. I’m still on the fence — disappointed more by the aftercare than the box it came in.
