felt solid, heated evenly, I was pretty smug flipping pancakes. Then around month eight the nonstick started to look a little rough — some fading and tiny chips (annoying but not catastrophic). I reached out and got a reply from Luis within their promised window; not instant, but quick enough. He walked me through the warranty steps in plain English and approved a replacement without making me ship the old one back (huge plus — who has time for returns?). The swap was easy, no drama, and I appreciated that they didn’t overcomplicate things. It’s not flawless — I wish the finish held up better — but the cookware still cooks great and the support actually stood behind the product. Now I’m just waiting to test it on tortillas again (very important). All in all: a small hiccup handled well.
Not what I hoped for
it’s heavy, the lid seals well, and it looks sharp on the stove. Weirdly, those small wins made the whole situation more frustrating because I wanted it to work. Performance-wise, though, it didn’t live up to the claims for me. Food stuck in spots, heat wasn’t as even as the marketing promised, and honestly a $30 nonstick from another brand I’ve used before held up better in day-to-day cooking. I tried to get a fair resolution — sent photos, described problems, waited — and got a replacement offer that sounded okay until I read the fine print: return shipping on me. No thanks. I don’t want another expensive pan that might behave the same. Customer support felt robotic, like I was talking to a ticket, not a person who actually cared. The “escalation team” seemed mostly to buy time. To be fair, delivery was fine and packing was solid, and the product looks premium, so there are positives. But for the amount I spent I expected better follow-through and actual accountability. If you’re on the fence like I was, maybe try something cheaper first or buy from a company with proven service. I’m still on the fence — disappointed more by the aftercare than the box it came in.
Skeptical at first, briefly impressed
even heat, easy sears, food released cleanly, and my doubts mostly faded. I stuck to the care instructions exactly, no aggressive scrubbing. After a couple months of normal home use the non-stick started to fail and things began sticking more often. So a solid short-term performer but disappointing durability for what I paid.
Skeptical at first
Was kinda doubtful, but Jericho swapped my pan super fast and fuss-free — loved the help, next time I'll bring pics.
Relief at last
I smiled when Jericho fixed my warranty claim
Quick swap, solid pan
Was using the pan daily; first one had a fault. They sent a replacement fast, no hassle. New pan heats evenly, feels solid — I'm impressed, honestly.
Quick helpful buy
Felt unsure at first, but the product is sturdy and works smooth; Jan replied fast and fixed a small snag, so I'm actually glad I bought.
Support actually helped
Overall, pretty satisfied. Support fixed my pan issue after I sent the requested info; the process was simple. Had worse experiences with other companies, so I'm glad this went smoothly.
Midweek refund slog
Halfway through the week I was fuming — pans returned, no full refund. They did send a partial refund on the 30th; after a call they finished it. I've had worse with other companies.
When they finally made it right
Funny enough, the turning point was when they tracked down a missing part and actually fixed things — I use this every morning for my commute, so that quick resolution (and honesty) really won me over.
Cooking detour
I spotted these pans at my sister's place a month ago, and my husband sneaked them in as a birthday gift. We're empty nesters, I barely cooked — now I cook just to use them. Weirdly, wiping them down feels like a treat.
Fast help, reliable pan
Pulled this pan out for a quick weeknight stir-fry — the pan heats evenly, food slides off and cleanup’s easy. I filed a warranty claim once; support answered fast and sorted it in hours, so I keep using HexClad every day.
Underwhelming pick
eggs stick, rims tarnish fast, and you can get better results for less elsewhere. I'd skip this one unless you just want something basic, in practice.
Midweek kitchen hero
Pulled this pan out midweek for eggs and a quick stir fry — it's been my go-to for a couple years. Delivery showed up earlier than I expected and was well packed. Had a minor issue once; customer service replied fast and fixed it, so I'm happy.
Midweek kitchen test
Right after the first stir I could tell these pans are different — weighty without being clunky, heats up evenly and the surface wipes clean faster than my old set. I started using them last week for dinners; comfortable handles, good balance. Bought with some questions and support (Sebastian) was helpful. Pretty pleased, feels like a step up.
Morning pan, solid help
Midweek, frying eggs on my HexClad felt... surprisingly nice — sturdy, even heat, and cleanup's easy, so I actually use it every day. Had a quick issue and talked to Billy, who was calm, clear, and actually fixed things without fuss. Bit rare to get that level of help. Makes cooking and ownership less stressful these days.
Warranty handled
I called because one of my HexClad pans started warping after a year — I needed reliable cookware since standing to cook hurts my back more these days. I was a bit skeptical the company would honor a warranty (heard stories), but the rep, Mishaunna M., handled it promptly and politely. Process was straightforward, replacement pans are already on the way, and they're recyclable too. So yeah, my doubts mostly evaporated — surprised, and honestly grateful.
Morning letdown
I was excited when I unboxed these — nice weight, pretty finish, good for my weekday eggs and weekend pancake chaos. First few weeks they did fine, then I caramelized a glaze for chicken and one sticky moment later the surface started clinging like it had a vendetta. It never recovered. Reached out to customer service, sent photos, and they basically blamed me — said I overheated them. Kinda left me annoyed and stuck with pans that never nonstick anymore.
Long warranty runaround
I use the 10-inch pan almost every morning for eggs and on weekends for pancakes. At first it cooked great — even heat, solid weight, handle felt good. The nonstick started peeling after a few months though, which was disappointing because it handled food so well. Getting a replacement took four months of emails, calls and back-and-forth with Costco. They had order numbers but not a receipt. It was fixed in the end, but the whole process was unnecessarily slow.
Warranty actually works
I was standing at the stove when I noticed a weird nick on one of my pans — the one I use every evening for dinner and meal prep. After a bit of annoyance I filed a warranty claim on their support site, shot the short video they requested, and waited. Two hours later support got back to me, understood the issue, and offered a replacement with no fuss. That’s the moment I felt genuinely satisfied. The cookware performs great in daily use and the customer care honestly matches the product — quietly relieved and still using them.
