Favorite pans for professional kitchen and home use
Having spent some time in the culinary world, I've worked with my fair share of pans, but these ones really take the cake. 7 inch pan
I just got this 7-inch pan and let me tell you, it's been amazing for cooking! It cooks everything so evenly and cleaning it is a breeze. I used it to make pancakes and they came out perfect every time. I was so impressed that I told my son about it, and he actually ended up getting a whole set of pans for himself.
Best pans ever

HexClad pans set
I got this cool set of HexClad pans at Costco with an 8", 10", and 12" pan, along with a wok. They all came with covers and worked really well, except for the 10" one. Peeling finish on pans
I just bought two sets of pans, and they each have different sizes. But, the smallest fry pan (around 8-9 inches) from one of the sets is already in really bad shape. The finish is coming off, and it's so bad that I can just use my fingernail to peel it right off.
