I ordered this during a sale because my lower back was killing me and I needed something quick — moving and lifting boxes made it worse. No tracking updates showed up and the support email seemed dead, so I was getting skeptical, honestly. Then, a few days later I walked in and there it was, stashed where I never look. Took a minute to calm down, tried it, and yeah, it helped. Not perfect communication, but product did the job.
Plain tee, small victory
I was tugging my jacket down on a crowded train and noticed my shirt stayed put. That was the moment I knew I was actually happy with this buy. I wear these tees every day. Under sweaters, with jeans, for quick errands. The length is finally normal, which sounds small but matters. Fabric isn't what it used to be. It's thinner and a bit rougher after washing. Sizes are hit or miss though, so I buy with caution. Ordering online can be annoying — pages freeze, search fails sometimes. Still, when the shirt behaves during a long day, it does its job. Not perfect. Useful enough to keep buying occasionally.
Finally a comfy cotton fit

I usually float between UK 10/12 (32E/34DD) and chose 34D; that worked. Also, it's breathable, which I really appreciate on warm days. Packaging had small holes on arrival, which annoyed me but didn't hurt the bra. Happy, relieved, would buy again.
Small but sorted out
I actually tried it on the day it arrived and it was too small, so I boxed it up exactly how it came and sent it back. I kept poking customer service, they finally confirmed the return hit the warehouse on 08.10.2024 and said their team needs about 10 business days to process refunds. That waiting annoyed me, but in the end they followed through and the refund showed up. Delivery to the warehouse was fine, customer service was slow but eventually competent. Would use them again, just expect some back-and-forth.
Pickup mess and a bag fee
I was standing in my car, half an hour away from the mall, rain on the windshield, thinking this should be quick — turned out it wasn't. Ordered a few things I actually use every week (stuff for work and errands), waited 21 days to be told they were ready, drove down, and got handed a couple of items in a flimsy paper envelope that you'd never carry on the street without ripping. Asked for a bag and the clerk said they'd charge me — seriously? That's the detail that stuck; it's not a home delivery, it's pickup. The product itself isn't terrible once you open it, but the whole experience felt sloppy. If they'd just put orders in a proper bag and stop nickel-and-diming basic service, I'd give them another shot. As is, I'm done for now.
Phantom package, real annoyance

Feels gross when you realize you lost about $117 and nothing to touch, no fabric, no fit, no nothing. If you’re tempted to try them, maybe don’t, or at least use a card that protects you. Lesson learned, slowly.
Mixed feelings after a long wait

Also, note on sizing: vest tops fit true, tees run big — ordered my husband’s usual size and they were huge, so yeah, return was needed. Pyjama order delayed, poor customer service response
I recently ordered a new pair of PJs, expecting them to arrive by November 2nd. However, when I checked the status, it was still 'in process'. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but got no response. I waited patiently for an update, and finally got my pajamas on November 12th. Sadly, I still hadn't heard back from customer service. The delayed response and lack of communication was really disappointing, especially from a retail company.
pants that were too small
Man, my experience with those pants I bought? Total letdown. Usually, I’m an XS/S, but these mediums were way too small. It's a real blow to your confidence, ya know? And the quality? Not great. I was really bummed out by the whole thing.

I complained and showed them evidence, but they wouldn't give me a refund. They even threatened to block me from buying anything from them again. Their customer service and professionalism are seriously lacking. I am definitely going to report this shady behavior to the right people.
Cute undies and comfy lounge wear
I bought these adorable undies and really cozy lounge wear, but when I tried to return them, it was a complete disaster! They received my return on November 25th, but I still haven't gotten my refund. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but all they keep telling me is that they need to escalate my case to another department. Seriously, why is it so difficult to just give me a refund for something I didn't even want? It's beyond frustrating!

I ordered 4 bikinis from this store back in December and boy was I pumped to get them. But guess what? Instead of my cute new swimsuits, I ended up with some fake ring! I bought 8 different things from this place recently. Ordering was easy, and my stuff got here real quick. But, man, when I opened the box, I felt really bummed about what I got. It was like a mess, I’m telling you, like picking through a pile of old junk at the thrift store. Stuff was just thrown in there with no care, pajamas all mixed up, everything looked wrinkled and used. And get this, half the stuff didn’t even have tags, so I think they might've been returned already. I've been a regular customer there, but this whole thing just didn’t sit right with me. They say it’s tough to earn a customer’s trust, but I'm starting to think it’s even easier to lose it, you know?
