Pyjama order delayed, poor customer service response
I recently ordered a new pair of PJs, expecting them to arrive by November 2nd. However, when I checked the status, it was still 'in process'. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but got no response. I waited patiently for an update, and finally got my pajamas on November 12th. Sadly, I still hadn't heard back from customer service. The delayed response and lack of communication was really disappointing, especially from a retail company.
pants that were too small
Man, my experience with those pants I bought? Total letdown. Usually, I’m an XS/S, but these mediums were way too small. It's a real blow to your confidence, ya know? And the quality? Not great. I was really bummed out by the whole thing.
Minimalistic lingerie set
Man, let me tell you about this awful experience I had! So, I ordered this cute little lingerie set a while back, right? But man, it was a total disaster. First of all, it took forever just to get the refund label. And then, when I finally sent the package back, it's been over a month and I still haven't seen my money! I mean, come on, that's just not right! It's absolutely unacceptable!
Lingerie set
I am so upset about my recent experience. I ordered a lingerie set online and when I went to pick it up, the package was already opened and some of the items were missing. I complained and showed them evidence, but they wouldn't give me a refund. They even threatened to block me from buying anything from them again. Their customer service and professionalism are seriously lacking. I am definitely going to report this shady behavior to the right people.
Cute undies and comfy lounge wear
I bought these adorable undies and really cozy lounge wear, but when I tried to return them, it was a complete disaster! They received my return on November 25th, but I still haven't gotten my refund. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but all they keep telling me is that they need to escalate my case to another department. Seriously, why is it so difficult to just give me a refund for something I didn't even want? It's beyond frustrating!
Cute undies
I bought these super cute undies and was so pumped to wear them! But when I found out they were too small, I tried to return them. It was a total hassle! I had to jump through hoops, creating a ticket that didn't tell me everything I needed. I also had to deal with a chatbot that kept cutting out, and then I had to navigate how to get UPS to pick up the package. It was a real headache!
4 bikinis
I ordered 4 bikinis from this store back in December and boy was I pumped to get them. But guess what? Instead of my cute new swimsuits, I ended up with some fake ring! I tried calling up customer service, but man, they were useless. Now I'm out of my cash and still don't have any bikinis to show for it.
8 different products purchased
I bought 8 different things from this place recently. Ordering was easy, and my stuff got here real quick. But, man, when I opened the box, I felt really bummed about what I got. It was like a mess, I’m telling you, like picking through a pile of old junk at the thrift store. Stuff was just thrown in there with no care, pajamas all mixed up, everything looked wrinkled and used. And get this, half the stuff didn’t even have tags, so I think they might've been returned already. I've been a regular customer there, but this whole thing just didn’t sit right with me. They say it’s tough to earn a customer’s trust, but I'm starting to think it’s even easier to lose it, you know?
Cute undies
I bought some really cute undies but they took forever to actually get to me. I had to wait a whole 12 days before they even sent out my order! And the worst part is, I paid extra for fast shipping and it still took forever. I tried reaching out to their customer service through chat but all they did was acknowledge my complaint and never actually fixed the issue. It's seriously the worst service I've ever had, and based on other people's reviews, it seems like this happens way too often.
Black lace lingerie set
I bought a black lace lingerie set from this company not too long ago, but honestly, it's been a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered it back on 12.25.22, but I still haven't received it. I've tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but haven't gotten any response. I even left a review on a reputable site when they asked for more info about my order, but still no follow-up. The total lack of communication and accountability from this company has really soured my customer experience.
lingerie set
This is insane! I ordered a lingerie set on August 15th, and they took my payment on the 17th, but I never got an order confirmation. It's ridiculous - how can they take my money and not even give me an order number? When I called customer service, they had the nerve to say they don't have any record of my order! I deal with legal stuff, and I'm telling you, this is not okay. You can't just take my money and not send me my stuff. This has to be one of the worst times I've shopped online. If this isn't fixed by tomorrow, my legal team will be in touch.

Even though I got my stuff on time, I'm kinda hesitant about shopping here again. The whole refund process for returning something was a real pain. It took forever, lots of calls, and even filing a complaint to finally get it sorted out. This is making me think twice about returning stuff in the future. On top of that, trying to check my order history on the website is a real headache. It always gives me an error message. Overall, I think this website is a bit amateur compared to other options out there, like Victoria's Secret.
Tights
I got a pair of tights from this store thinking they'd be good quality. Turns out, that wasn't the case. The whole ordering and delivery part went smoothly, but the tights themselves were a mess. They were poorly stitched and one leg had a crooked design, making them impossible to wear. I was planning to give them as a Christmas gift, so I contacted customer service looking for a replacement. Unfortunately, they said they don't do replacements, so I had to return them and buy a new pair. Feeling let down, I decided to try again and got a second pair, but it was just as defective as the first one.
Men's underwear purchase
The men's underwear I got was such a letdown. The fabric felt fake and didn't let my body breathe. And even after washing, it would get stinky real fast, which was pretty gross. When I checked out other brands, it was obvious - Tezenis just doesn't cut it when it comes to quality.
Online order return issue
I had a rough time with an online order recently and needed to return part of it. I went to the store I ordered from, but they couldn't find my order online. After calling customer service, they told me to call a specific courier to pick up the items from my house. The courier needed a label to pick up the items, though. I contacted customer service again, and they said my email had to be sent to another department for help. The whole process felt like way too much trouble for just a simple return.
Unreliable online shopping experience
My last time shopping online was a total nightmare. I ordered something on their website, just to have it canceled not once, not twice, but several times without any reason why. I tried reaching out to customer service, but got no response. It took forever to finally get a refund or any kind of solution, and by then I was beyond frustrated. Needless to say, I won't be giving this company another chance for my online shopping needs.
