Funko Pop figurines
I just ordered some Funko Pop figurines from Entertainment Earth and had a really great experience! A guy named Donald Tapia reached out to me and said there was a price change on my order, but not to worry, I'd be getting some money back. Oh my god, I am totally obsessed with this pajama set! It is seriously the most comfortable thing I have ever put on. The material is incredibly soft and cozy, and it fits me just right. I feel like royalty lounging in this set. And the color is just too cute!

I really wanted to get this super awesome sofa from that store, but no one there would answer my questions when I tried reaching out! I was bummed out because I really wanted more info before making a purchase! They didn't even have the dimensions online, just a pic! How am I supposed to know if it'll fit in my living room?! I decided to take a chance and buy it, but I still really wish I could have chatted with someone to discuss it more.

I had to pick up some electric and gas supplies for my house, so I headed over to this store. They had everything I was looking for, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Blue to black dial watch
So, I got this watch from here and it was awesome! I ordered it on a Monday night but then I changed my mind and wanted a black dial instead of a blue one. I called them immediately and they were really nice and changed it for me. They still sent it out on the same day! The watch is really cool and the service was amazing. Mis-sold handbag
I was supposed to get a buy one, get one free deal on handbags, but when my order showed up, I only got one handbag instead of two. I contacted customer service to try to fix it, but they wouldn't send me the missing item or make it right. It's really frustrating to be promised something easy to fix and then have it go wrong.

Broken recliner
My recliner broke a while back, so I reached out to the company in December. They were nice at first, asking for pictures and talking to an engineer to figure out the problem. They promised to send a piece to fix it, but after 2 months of going back and forth, nothing happened. They kept making excuses, first saying it'd come in 4 weeks, then after the Chinese New Year, then after Presidents Day. Now, they're not even replying at all. The chair looks nice, but it's just sitting there useless. It's been over 4 months now, and I've lost hope that they'll actually do anything. Their warranty is worthless, so I'd caution anyone thinking of buying from them. Big thanks to Veronica for helping me contact BBB, even though they couldn't get a response either. Shame on you ASJMREYE!

8 different products purchased
I bought 8 different things from this place recently. Ordering was easy, and my stuff got here real quick. But, man, when I opened the box, I felt really bummed about what I got. It was like a mess, I’m telling you, like picking through a pile of old junk at the thrift store. Stuff was just thrown in there with no care, pajamas all mixed up, everything looked wrinkled and used. And get this, half the stuff didn’t even have tags, so I think they might've been returned already. I've been a regular customer there, but this whole thing just didn’t sit right with me. They say it’s tough to earn a customer’s trust, but I'm starting to think it’s even easier to lose it, you know?

Complete starter package for sublimation printing
I bought a full sublimation printing starter pack from an online store not long ago. The site said they'd ship orders within 24 hours, but it ended up taking more than 10 days with no updates. I had to message them to ask about my order. At first, they said it would ship by March 25th, but then changed it to March 30th because they ran out of sublimation paper. The delay and lack of communication really frustrated and disappointed me. I've asked for a refund because of the bad service.

Train ticket booking
I just booked train tickets online and it was so easy and convenient. I picked out my carriage without any problems. When I went to grab my tickets, everything went smoothly. The train was super clean and looked great, with cool tribal prints on the cushions and bedsheets that really made it unique. Even though I didn't sleep much, they gave us tons of food and water to keep us comfy along the way.

Deodorant for husband
I picked up this deodorant for my husband, thinking it would help him smell better. I went all out and got the whole body cream too because I wanted to make sure he had a whole set. I didn't bother to give it a sniff in the store because it was unscented, so I didn't think it would stink, but boy was I wrong! When we got back home and he tried it on, whoo boy, it smelled like fish bait - gross! It was pretty pricey too, so now we just have to toss it. I got him a different scent now and he's giving it a shot. It's not the greatest for gym sessions, but it's better than some of the others we've tested. We're still a little disappointed about the whole ordeal.
