I spotted their ad on Instagram after a friend told me to try them. Dress arrived way shorter than pictured — more like a jumper — and I had to pay for the return because they never sent a return code. Customer service barely answered me, refund was partial. Delivery itself was fine, but the support ruined it.
Small brand, big win
Honestly, I loved these boots — totally worth it. I first spotted them on Debenhams and then realized they're an Ikrush piece; I even told a friend because I was excited. They're really comfy, good quality, and the tan was lighter than I expected which I actually preferred to a rusty tone. Wore them all night at a concert with zero regrets, felt great, and I’d definitely buy from this little brand again.
Summer boot win
I actually needed a pair of boots for a summer concert — had tried everywhere and my old pair was wrecking my back — so I was relieved to find this small brand. At the same time I accidentally sent back an AX Paris dress they’d alerted me about, and that’s been in limbo too. No phone number, sparse replies, and a growing pile of “are you there?” messages. Annoying, sure, but I’m stubborn. A little communication would fix most of this. Not thrilled, but still holding out for the refund.
Almost perfect festival shoes
