I found this website and saw some handbags that I totally fell in love with. I thought they'd be perfect for my upcoming holidays. Even though I'd never heard of the brand, I decided to take a chance. To my surprise, the quality of the bags was really good, especially for the price. They used durable materials and the craftsmanship was impressive.
Clothing and accessories
I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I just had to tell you about this company. They are super professional and really care about making sure their customers are happy. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them, like clothes and accessories, and every time has been amazing. The quality of the stuff I got was even better than I expected, and everything fit just like they said it would. Plus, the delivery was so quick! I'd totally give them 5 stars no problem. Maya Midi Dress in Navy & Khaki
Last year, I got this really cute Maya Midi Dress and I was obsessed with it. It was so nice that I ended up buying two more for my vacation. The Navy and Khaki dresses both looked great on me and the fabric felt super fancy. But, I had to send back the Khaki one because there was a snag in the fabric on the front. Such a bummer!
First time purchase clothing
I recently ordered from this website for the first time and I had a really good experience. I ordered through TikTok shop and got to watch them pick out my items live, which I thought was super cool. The delivery was really fast and the clothes were great quality. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they even included hangers with my order. After I placed my order, I got an email from their customer service team checking in to make sure I got everything and asking if I had any issues. That kind of follow-up really impressed me.
bodycon dress
Absolutely poor customer service! I ordered a bodycon dress over a month ago. The courier Hermes claims they attempted to deliver my item but were forced to send it back to send because I wasn't at home. Asked them which day the delivery was made because I was working from home all this time and didn't see any of their delivery guys. I've contacted IKRUSH to have my item sent back once they receive but the lack of communication is appalling. My emails have gone and answered and I'm afraid I'm going to lose my money and dress. I'll be requesting a refund, hope they respond to my request. Bottomline I won't be spending my money here!
