Action Figures
When we first dealt with Entertainment Earth, things didn't go so smoothly. UPS messed up our order, which ended up being sent back to the company. After going back and forth over emails with no solution, I decided to call their customer service hotline. I was pleasantly surprised to speak with a guy named Donald Tapia. He was a real lifesaver during this frustrating time. Donald not only explained what went wrong with our order but also waived the reship fee and made sure our order was quickly processed for reshipment. He made sure it was sent to the right address and even kept us updated on another order we had pending. His professionalism and dedication to customer service were top-notch. Donald really turned a bad situation into a great one. Props to him!
PIKACHU IS SO CUTE
My sister loves collecting acting figures, however, she is more into avengers and superhero. Whereas i am into Pokemon and stuffs. So when i was looking for her gift , i landed here and i found her gift. its really beautiful acting figure of iron man
Whereas i got this pokemon Pikachu of 18inch pop. It's just so colorful and cute . I wanted to have it , and just order it along with the gift . The action figures were beautifully packed in transparent boxes and it was so nice to experience . the price is okay - okay. i am not saying its cheap but not that expensive either.Awesome customer service
I had the most amazing experience with customer service at this place! I ran into a little issue with my order, but the person I spoke to was incredibly patient and understanding. They sorted it out super quickly, and I'm so grateful for their help. I've dealt with some not-so-great customer service reps before, but this one was truly exceptional. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again because of the awesome service I received. Thanks a million for everything!
Funko Pop Vinyl Figure
I had a really great time on this site! The website was super easy to use and I found the Funko Pop Vinyl Figure I wanted in no time. Checking out was a breeze, everything went smoothly with no issues. They have a huge variety of products to choose from and the prices were really good. The customer service team was awesome, they were really helpful and quick to respond to my questions. All in all, I had a great shopping experience and I totally recommend this site to anyone.
Assistance with shipping issue
I had a problem with a package I ordered and Don from customer service was really helpful in fixing it. But I was bummed that Entertainment Earth didn't keep me in the loop about my order. I had to track it through USPS and found out it went to the wrong address and got sent back. Entertainment Earth never even emailed me about the issue, so that was annoying.
Collectible purchase
Entertainment Earth is always my go-to for buying collectibles. The stuff there is always top quality and the service is top-notch too. I've never been let down by anything I've bought from there. And there's this guy, Donald T, who's just awesome. He's super helpful, knows his stuff, and just great to talk to. Thanks a bunch, Donald T!
Discount pricing issue on an in-stock item
I had a problem with a discount not showing up when I bought something that was in stock. I went ahead with the purchase, hoping it could be fixed later. But then Customer Service Rep Donald really helped me out. He made sure the discount was honored, even going up the chain of command to make it happen. I'm so thankful for his help, especially during the holiday season when every dollar counts. Thanks a million, Donald, for going above and beyond to help me out.
Cancelled pre-orders
I had to cancel all my pre-orders because of some financial issues I was dealing with. When I got in touch with customer service, I spoke with Donald Tapia who really went the extra mile to assist me. Damage return resolution
I just wanted to share about my experience with Entertainment Earth. I had a problem with something I ordered being damaged, but their customer service was top-notch.
